Suhail went above and beyond to help me with a mistake I had made, and in double quick time, too. At a very sad and stressful time, I was grateful for his kindness and assistance - thankyou.

Fantastic company, I ordered a beautiful heart shaped urn for my little whippet who was sadly pts on Monday, the item arrived today (Thursday) fully personalised in a beautiful velvet box. Very impressed.

Easy to order and phoned with some questions prior to ordering. Very informative and helpful. The urn arrived today, a pearl white aluminium golf. It looked even better than the picture and the wording was perfect! I'd definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy.

Really pleased with the small urn I ordered from Urnswithlove. Just perfect for what I needed and very good quality product. Good communication with the company and a prompt delivery of my urn which was well packed and arrived on time More than happy to recommend this company to friends and colleagues.

Spent quite some time looking for the right urn before finding a lovely wooden urn with tree of life engraving. A reasonable £10 for a personalised engraving, which was very well done. Urn is lovely and different than other quite basic looking options I saw. A bag was also provided to ensure the ashes as secure inside the urn. Good communication and quick delivery.

The casket was beautiful and well designed. The appearance and quality was excellent. It was easy to use and I was very pleased with it.

I received my Butterfly casket today & WOW I was absolutely blown away by how absolutely beautiful this urn is & a fitting tribute for my amazing mum.
It was very securely packed with polystyrene inside a very sturdy box & delivery was very quick.
