No instructions were received with the pillow advising me as to how it should be filled with ashes.

As the fabric looked quite delicate it made me somewhat anxious just in case I accidentally damaged it in course of " trial and error "

It is also not readily apparent if the wrapping in which the pillow is contained is biodegradable or not.

Rather disappointing.

I bought a heart urn from your direct website urns.uk for a £168.00 and it’s much cheaper on your Amazon platform when I contacted yourselves you told me other companies have used your name and where selling them cheaper . But in fact when you press on the link to brings you straight to your website urns.uk I think that’s wrong you can’t charge two different prices for the same item on two websites that both belong to yourselves. I will return it and buy it again for the cheaper price , or I will keep it if you price match it ?

You said it would be delivered before my husbands funeral - which was Tuesday - it still has not arrived

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger with this company. My initial order arrived with significant manufacturing defects, including imperfections and dimples in the paintwork. After receiving no response to my email, I had to contact them by phone, only to be given the dismissive excuse that they were 'too busy' to reply.
​To make matters worse, the replacement urn's lid was also broken, and the enameled design on top completely came off—all of which was only discovered after my brother's ashes were already inside. Their suggestion was to use superglue to repair a sacred vessel, which I find completely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.
​I would not recommend this company. There are so many other companies out there; please take your business somewhere else so you don't have to go through this upset. Shame on you!

Firstly the first urn I ordered got lost in the post. And I think this company goes under a few names ? I ordered a second from what I thought was a different company and It turns out it was the same?? but this time i received it but unfortunately it was rusty under the lid and at the bottom of the urn I messaged them straight away with photos etc..and I'm still waiting after two emails and two weeks later no response!! I decided to keep the urn in the condition it was in because I wanted to put my dog to his final resting place and it was a urn that was sold out everywhere and it was important for me to match it with my other other dogs urn 😔 customer service is rubbish....

Exactly what I ordered

I ordered a casket urn for my mother who passed away recently. The urn is beautiful and I'm really happy with it. Delivery was quick also.

The quality of the product was amazing! The colour was perfect and the candle spot is the cherry on top! I only had an issue with some miscommunication within the status and delivery date, they resolved it very fast but such a mistake is practically devastating in this hard time. However it’s all worth it when the product is beautiful and basically perfect.

The item had arrived but the lid is mismatched. I have emailed twice now and received no reply. Very disappointed so far

Delivery takes longer than advised, updates are non existent. Claims to be free delivery, but you are always charged. Overall a poor service

Considering the occasion I ordered this urn I found it beautiful and of good quality. It arrived within the time quoted.

Easy to order.Urn was as shown on the website. Very unusual and beautiful colours. Notified of each stage of delivery. Was packaged well to prevent breakage. Delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

Sadly, shocking service from start to finish. No one working on usual work day to take the order. I then made an online order that wasn't processed for 4 days. Then they promised goods were sent out but their courier DPD failed to deliver. Ultimately, the urns were overdue and my client cancelled her order and had something different, but left me with stock I didn't really want. Will not be using again. Shame as they have some nice urns but the ordering system is hopeless and the courier too.
