I ordered the Aylesbury pink double urn for my wife's ashes. As stated when I placed the order, I had to wait three months for delivery because it needed to be handcrafted. However, the wait was absolutely worthwhile; it is truly beautiful. Excellent service.

Great product and company, terrible delivery partner
Product, price and communication from the company was excellent. However, delivery by DPD was appalling with the driver repeatedly claiming to be unable to access the property. Unsurprising, as the route he was using has been closed for over a year. Awful delivery service, with no response from the courier

The item was delayed but I was not…
The item was delayed but I was not contacted. After chasing they finally delivered a second choice as it was out of stock but that was also delayed. They gave me a partial refund hence the 2 stars but I have to say the item isn’t great. Very disappointed.
