The item (a lamp) was not entirely as expected, it came with no plug and no instructions. We sourced a plug just to find that the whole thing was a fire risk, getting smouldering hot and smoking within seconds. I have since contacted customer services regarding this over 6 weeks ago and nobody has replied.
Great service! My parcel arrived super fast and the item was well packed and at a good price .Communication excellent , highly recommended and will buy again .
