Ordered a dress and was impressed with…
Ordered a dress and was impressed with the email to ask for personal measurements. However it was too small when it arrived. The fabric was thin for what I expected and the price.
I returned the item and I had to send it to Paris via India which is odd? This was 5 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a refund.

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that the dress did not meet your expectations in terms of fit and fabric quality. We take such feedback seriously and will review this with our designers to ensure that our product descriptions accurately reflect the items we sell.
Regarding your return, we want to clarify that as a platform hosting multiple designers from around the world, each product is made in their atelier and shipped from there. We collect all returns in Paris for ease of postage, especially for our customers in Western countries. This centralized process helps streamline the handling and inspection of returned items.
Refunds are processed on a priority basis. Please note that international returns can sometimes take longer to process due to shipping and customs procedures, as well as the location of the customer.
