The service was never delivered. They blamed me for not selecting the right cleaning team. No - it was their stupid poorly designed website. Worst of all it's been over 1 month and I haven't been refunded. They told me this is a side hustle and they are a small company. Then why were they able to take my money so quickly? I gave this company every chance to make things right and they have some nerve now telling me they need to wait for another payment to refund me. Stay away from this company.

Stay away from using this companies services. They exploit “students” who have zero work experience. The payment for their services is being withheld for not completing the job. When dissatisfaction was escalated to the management team, they threatened my elderly parents with legal action and collection efforts that will ruin their credit. Any further harassment will not be tolerated.
