Always has the best advice and is every quick to respond to emails and calls. You get a personal feel with Jamal. As if you're his main priority throughout the process, where as other brokers seem to put you on the back-burner once they've recieved their fee.

Finanvo has been advised through a comparative website. I dealt with an adviser called Jamal. This was previous to the covid situation and after as I changed my choice of products. Jamal has been very patient and very kind, especially as I don't understand much to the financial side of things. Well, I thought that was the case when my husband tried to explain but Jamal knows how to explain to you and always make sure you fully understand what you are purchasing. I truly hate sorting this kind of paperwork and Jamal's sense of humour was greatly appreciated. I felt like I could trust him and that he had my best interests at heart, unlike some adviser more inclined to sell you the most expensive option. Again, I would highly recommend Finanvo for their efficiency and particularly Jamal who made this experience seem easy.

Jamal provided an excellent service in finding me a mortgage. I had quite unique circumstances when applying and therefore was finding it difficult to find the right mortgage for me. Jamal explained everything I needed to do and was happy to answer any questions I had and was great at keeping me in the loop with how things were processing. Because of my unique circumstances and lockdown, our process took a considerably long time but Jamal always chased things up and got them done as quickly as they could be.
