Lack of communication, but overall good.
I submitted an order with Urban Bar on the 12th, 5 days later - I'm still waiting for dispatch. I've not received anything other than an email from DPD saying they're awaiting dispatch.
I've contacted the phone number on their website - It's not recognised.
I've email the address on their website - no reply 5 days later.
I've used the support chat on their website - no reply.
I don't understand what's going on, or how everyone else has received such a good experience with them.

Urban Bar were quickly attentive to resolving the issue with this order. In the end, everything turned up perfectly. Just the matter with communication and website management.

Boston shakers
The website was easy to use, clear and fast. The actual product was clean, well packed and presented well. Both shakers have been well used already and will be buying some more for our 2nd station!
