Great rocking whisky tumblers
We ordered two rocking whisky tumblers. They were competitively priced and arrived promptly. The glasses were very well wrapped and appeared exactly as advertised. They are intended as a gift so have not yet been used, but they appear robust and look like.they will be fit for purpose. Happy customer.

Great service! My order arrived really quickly. I really liked the use of 100% recycled packaging. The glasses look amazing, and I will be ordering more from the range.

Not dishwasher safe as stated
I bought a Mexican elbow which worked great… I did however buy this specifically because it states dishwasher safer on the website….. 1 wash in our dishwasher all the shine has been removed and if I touch it I get covered in black stuff… THIS IS NOT A DISHWASHER SAFE PRODUCT ….

We have recently updated our .com, .us and .eu websites and unfortunately some items did reset their basic dishwasher information. We thought this has been corrected but this particular product was missed. I have fully refunded your order and your delivery, plus a discount code off any future orders will be sent to your email to compensate you for the inconvenience caused. The website has also been updated. Once again apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

So i was going wait until end of day but urban bar has sent me a review request, so here is what i think
So my last order i had a chipped glass on the inner side of the rim, i have now emailed 4 times and nothing, now I’ve been shopping with urban bar for many years but this is definitely that last they used to be so good your aftercare is just as important as your sells ive looked at other emails and im not the only person saying this, and please don’t send me an email and insult my intelligence by saying that my emails went in your jump box, blah blah blah
