My order was claimed to have been delivered by the shipper but no parcel was received. I raised it with Urban Hideout who, although they contacted Hermes to chase delivery a couple of times, didn't accept that I hadn't received it, preferring to believe the shipper (Hermes). When asked "what happens to the money?" the founder of the company's response was "...although I understand your position you have to understand ours". No replacement was offered or even talked about. Not remotely like customer service!
