UptimeRobot is great so I know what is down and when. Have used the UptimeRobot reports to send to vendors for trouble shooting issues. The status webpage is awesome so other can see that we are in a problem state and let me work on it instead of calling and interrupting the fix process.

Like the UI and the ability to keep track of my websites. Only Problem I have is how restrictive the free plan is.

We've been using uptime robot to monitor the availability of over 100 client websites for a few years now. It's a great affordable service and support is fantastic. They're always improving the service and keep adding new features. It's great to share status reports with our customers too.

I have been using UptimeRobot's free service for the past 2+ years. It has reliably given me notices when our web services have a problem. We are going to be upgrading soon to the Team version to get more of our team involved with monitoring the alerts and expanding the usage out to more web products we use.

I’ve been using UptimeRobot on the free plan, and it’s been great so far. The interface is clean, intuitive, and setup is super quick — had my monitors running within minutes. Alerts are reliable, and I’m looking forward to exploring the locked and advanced features as I scale up.

Recently lot of new practical features. Easy interface. Supporting social and open source projects.

I've been using this site for a while now. I tried the feature that receives calls when the site is down, as well as other features, and I encountered some problems at first. However, the support was excellent, and all the issues were resolved. I received notifications via calls whenever there was a problem. I also want to point out that the call rate is 2 units per call, meaning 2 units when the site is down and 2 units when it's back up.

It works as advertised and the free plan is actually free. Doing what you say you do shouldn't be that impressive but in this modern world it's more and more exceptional.

So far, I have only had to "use" it once, but exactly as described, email was sent to me by the system, meaning that I could ensure our IT team picked up the fix sooner. Historically, this was only done when a customer would notify us that our portal had gone down. With this service, we are notified almost immediately, which means we can proactively tackle the issue.

Easy to use, simple software. But has robust features where needed. Took minutes to setup and start using it.

My experience with uptimerobot is very good and the respond time of them is really great so i never miss even a mint delay if my website gets down which helps me to get it back online as soon as I can thanks to uptimerobot
