Bought chatgpt premium on Nov 18 said they would renew when it end on Nov 21 it's been 4 days they ignoring my chat msges and call they scammed

Delivered me a used steam wallet code and told me it was used after it was delivered. didnt even get a replacement code or refund and the customer service has gotten worse than how it used to be

It's been 4days of ordering the roblox premium product of 1099 . They don't reply, they don't receive call, support tickets doesn't work, Not even a single message talking about my oder issue. They might be scam cause 4 days of ordering still no sign to complete. I reported as cybercrime in police and esewa, bank still no sign of refund or complete order. I said or because i saw some reviews they got their products after 2 days or late but mine no message , no mail. #Scam.If not then please help me to fix the issue.

Usually takes a day to process. But the order has been sitting at pending for days now. Try to reach out. No one will help you. Try Instagram discord. Nothing.

Ive completed my payment 2 days ago yet they do not bother completing my order. Its been stuck in processing for the past 2 days. I tried messaging them on Discord, Whatsapp, Instagram, everything and they constantly ignore me. Ive also tried asking for help from the members of their discord server and the staff there yet they all ignore me. I used 72digital cause it was recommended to me by my friend. I dont believe my order will be completed ever from the way they are treating me right now for the past 2 days.
Tip to anyone who is going to purchase anything from 72digital : Do not purchase from them, they are thieves and deserve to be imprisoned.
They are listed as a merchant store in Esewa, so I believe they are verified in Esewa. Ive already filed an issue report in Esewa and have tracked their website number to a person's name.

These guys are SCAMMERS, I paid for Netflix! and They no longer reply to me even tried messaging from different users, phone numbers, and on their all the social media sites.

They just don't replay after hearing my Netflix issue, They reply to new chats from new accounts. But ignore when they hear about my issue on Netflix. They just ignore it!

please dont use it. they are untrustworthy. I had some amount of money in my wallet. I asked them whether they can deduct the money from my wallet and charge me less. But they said that they would still charge me the same. I did not explicitly give them the permission to use my wallet. but hey they went and still charged me the same and used my money in the wallet. so then I went to create a support ticket. and upon asking the question, guess what they kicked me of the discord server. Great job you dipshit. there are photos to prove it. I know it aint much. but still money is still money. and these guys instead of solving problems they terminate you. and on one more thing to note. the people here are extremely rude.

Provides service with delays and no replies , and if any services stops in between he never replies back for 4-5 days,no matter how many times you drop a message.their website says online but still no one replies.
