We actually had a buyer pull out the first time around - but both times Up Estates sold our property really quickly. It was sold again within days of the first buyer dropping out. We were adamant on the price we wanted, both Aliya and Emily worked hard to sell the house and manage the process so we got the full asking price. Despite a slow response on the buyers side at times, they couldn’t have done a better job at marketing and selling our property from sale to completion. Would definitely recommend!

Emily was brilliant! I was the buyer of a property that UP were selling. Whenever I needed to contact Emily she was always available and super helpful. The whole team were great they facilitated a second viewing for me and communication was excellent when the sale hit a bump in the road Emily went out of her way to try and help.
