When parents passed away, we found old family slides produced by my Uncle, so bought a slide projector to view them. Naturally, we were blown away by the memories they recalled. A friend mentioned they could be digitised onto CD and Chip therefore negating the need for a projector.
Fortunately, we found Update Photo who could do the whole job at a competitive price. They produced the most stunning DVD to music, it brought tears to our eyes, and so blown away were we with the totally professional production. Indeed, we ordered another 7 copies of each production to distribute among the family, so we all have easy to view treasured memories.

Originally we planned to digitalise photos ourselves but are so very glad we left this to the professionals. We are extremely pleased with the end products and most certainly will forward our next “challenges “ to UpdatePhoto.

I was really pleased with the service. Very fast to answer queries and it was good to be dealing consistently with a named human being rather than a faceless company. They processed a selection of old negatives onto a CD for me. The disk was returned with the negatives within the timescale they had indicated, all packaged very carefully. The results are fantastic - childhood memories from a long time ago processed very competently at a price that was entirely reasonable.

Excellent and friendly service. The slides have come up better than expected and the electronic format was easy to use.

Update Photo scanned some old negatives from our wedding which is now 24 years ago. They provided really helpful information and advice by email before I committed to an order and gave me great confidence in their knowledge and customer service approach. I'm really pleased to say that the customer service throughout was excellent, I was kept updated regularly, the service was fast and of high quality and I am a very happy customer.
