Useful but overpriced
The device is smart in that it provides thickness where it’s needed, and it can be put on and taken off quickly and easily. It can be easily stored in the top case or under the seat. What is not convincing, to be honest, is the price. In the end, it’s just two pieces of molded plastic and some rubber for the straps. I’d say it’s largely overpriced.

Hi!
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback 🙏. We’re glad to hear that you found Upbikers practical and easy to use.
Regarding the price, we understand your concern. Behind what may look like “just molded plastic,” there are actually years of design, testing, and improvements to ensure durability, comfort, and safety in real riding conditions . Each pair is patented, designed, and produced entirely in Spain, using resistant technical materials .
We truly believe that the value comes from offering a unique, universal solution that helps many riders feel safer and more confident on their motorcycles .
Your input is very important to us, and we’ll keep working to improve and make Upbikers accessible to more riders worldwide 💙.

Ciao!

The upbikers are brilliant
The upbikers are brilliant. My only gripe is the delivery. I was not notified of dispatch and had to email to be told the upbikes were held in my local postoffice.

Useful product
I bought the Upbikers last summer. The initial product was old, I understood it was a problem with Amazon Logistic, but based on my feedback, it was replaced by Upbikers with a better and new one, free of charge.
The product has proven to be very useful, especially on the city streets when you have to put the feet on the ground often and on the road mountains, where is always a level difference when you stop. Also, you can change the gear easily because its design, no accommodation time required.
I would rate the product with 5 stars if it weren't the issue with the initial product, but it worth to mention the good after sale service, considering that the problem was promptly resolved , without additional costs on my side.

We are very sorry for what happened and for the frustration caused. Unfortunately, due to a communication error, none of our replies reached you. In fact, we had already sent you two complete sets of replacement straps free of charge.
Our customer service team will contact you directly to provide the tracking number and confirm the shipping date (over 5 days ago). We sincerely regret the misunderstanding and remain at your disposal to ensure you can enjoy your Upbikers without any further issues.

Works great
The front keeps sliding off the toe of my boot, but it makes my riding experience 10x better, way easier to touch the ground. and shifting is pretty easy once you get used to it
