Ordered on November 22, 2020 and received shipping confirmation November 23, 2020. Website said 5-7 business days free ground shipping. Expected to receive December 2, 2020 well before my husband's birthday December 11, 2020. I know things get lost, but the customer service department has yet to respond to my request for refund or re-ship. I will not be giving my business to this company again. Hopefully Discover Card will refund the purchase ($150+) because I don't expect to hear from Untuckit after looking at other reviews. BUYER BEWARE.

Update December 29, 2020. Finally received the package today. Upon closer inspection of the USPS tracking history, it took the company 8 days to get the package to the post office which put it in the early Christmas shipping snag. I still have not heard from the company after 3 different methods of communication attempts (email, phone and website). Ended up buying my husband a Kuhl shirt of the same style but with much better quality at around the same price.

I've bought a few shirts from these guys and am really happy with the quality and the fit. I've had no issues with delivery unlike some of the other reviews

Since their launch in the UK, I have become a huge fan of Untuckit (apart from possibly the name!!). Their clothes are simple but stylish, arrive on time, are exactly what they promise to be on the box, and I feel great wearing them. I also like their price point.

Good shirt and well made! Love that I can size once and then order on repeat. Unlike other reviewers, I had no issues with delivery time - it was super quick. Bit on the pricier end (which is why I've not given it five stars) but you definitely get what you pay for.

It's a weird one - this company ain't 'cool' per se, but the product is awesome. I found my size and now buy them on repeat. I generally get mine online (used to get it from the US but now they have UK) - which has been fine for me

this organization provides truly poor customer service. I have never been so outraged in my life. I will not continue to provide them with my business as they do not stand behind what they say in any way shape or form. Go buy a shirt from another reputable established company that wont give you the run around. I think they might be just a company operating out of a guys garage with a good website

Be careful ordering from them. Not sure if they are fraudulent or simply not super honest. They confirmed my order ($100+ USD) on the fifth, but when I finally checked, it was just delivered to the shipper on the 11th. When I wrote them, they wrote back within seconds claiming they had checked my order's shipping and there was a delay. How can a company check anything if they respond in seconds?

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered shirts 11/24 got an email that my order would be shipping soon and given a tracking number. I called the company to find out why the status hadn't changed in a week and she said it was the post office. NOT TRUE. They are still awaiting the items Do they only have 4 people working there. Terrible service and now reading quality reviews I have to wonder if worth it.

Customer service are the worst, and their courier is bad. The tracking on their website has not moved or changed for over a week. I have sent customer service an email 2 times and tried to contact them via live support. They do not reply. Things I ordered online from other shops, after this have arrived so they cannot blame covid etc. Just a bad company with terrible customer services, relying on a bad delivery company! I will be forced to try for a chargeback.

So impressed with the quality and fit of these shirts. Skeptical at first but you can really see the difference in attention to detail and fabric used. Best on the high street. Husband loves!

As Lockdown 2.0 is upon us in the UK, I wasn't able to head to the Untuckit shops in London, so I have the website a go. The order arrived really quickly and the packaging presentation was very impressive. The shirt looks and feels great and I'm hoping the shops open soon so I can get another one!

I bought a few shirts and always felt the price was high for what I got. I was able to get a few shirts on sale. It was about 30-40% off. A good sale, but not ridiculous. After the first of three shirts arrived, I opened it to find that the color looked nothing like the website and was horrible - no way I would wear it. It looks like a table cloth. I went to return it and was informed that because it was on sale, no returns, refund or replacements were allowed. Keep in mind that this was $60 for a $90 shirt. This is not “all sales are final” pricing. When I went into to view the shirt, sure enough, buried in the description it stated that no refunds or returns were allowed on this shirt. If it were on sale for $20, I completely understand. But 30-40% off is something a premium brand like Nordstrom does all the time. Untuckit is not a premium brand at all. I have no idea why they stay in business with these practices. I am expecting the next 2 shirts I receive to be equally is hideous. So I blew $175 on trash shirts.

I've purchased around 20 shirts from UNTUCKit. Some in store, some on line. I've lost a lot of weight recently and none of them fit any more. I went in to their Westfield London store today to buy a shirt in a smaller size. Mentioned that I had five shirts in a bigger size unworn and in original packaging at home. I purchased these shirts almost a year ago. 'Bring 'em in' they said. Swapped for smaller size without question. Staff so helpful and generous. I love this company - never had anything than a brilliant customer experience on line or in store. Oh, and they offered me a whiskey while I waited, which was nice...

I ordered a few shirts on Sep 17, sent my return items back to UNTUCKIT and received their email on Sep 27 that an E-Credit has been issued to me. I tried to use the chat box then a phone call on Sep 28 that I want the money to be refunded to my credit card and what is this E-Credit business, I never opted for it. I was informed I will receive a refund in 1-2 days. On Sep 30 I received another reminder to use E-Credit and purchase something else if I want. On October 7 another notification. Today is October 9, I still have not received the money back. I had a conversation with their Customer Service today and was informed the funds will be put back on my credit card today or tomorrow. I was given the same assurance on September 28. I hope I get my money back this time. I purchased stuff from JCrew and UnderArmour at the same time and received my refund in one day, without any follow-up. UNTUCKIT should stop doing this because being so painful to your customers will result in loss of business. You have just lost one customer.

Received the UNTUCKit wrinkle free shirt ordered. I was very impressed with attention to detail in the packaging. The quality of fabric and style is at similar level as the reputable brands out there. Comfort wear, wrinkle free, tuck free and premium quality. Definitely plan to buy more from this brand

Absolutely loving my new shirt, I went for the relaxed fit which is perfect and the quality of the material is very good too. Excellent service as well as it arrived only a couple of days after I ordered so I will definitely be going back for more! I heard about the company from a friend and I’ll be passing this on too.

I recently got an Untuckit shirt via the blue light promotion for NHS workers. I am really pleased with the quality and feel of the shirt. The fit is great as well as being comfortable. I'm not normally a person who wears premium shirts but I now have something to go on my Christmas list this year! Thank you for supporting the NHS Untuckit.

My wife bought me this shirt through the bluelight promotion. The promotion was an £85 shirt for just £5 p&p. What a rip off. I wore cheap nylon shirts in the 1970s. I thought we'd learned cotton and linen shirts were more comfortable. I tried this nylon shirt on to show my wife. By the time I'd walked down the stairs the static was awful. Needless to say £5 for a handful of buttons is a bit steep. The shirt went in the bin.
The fact that untuckit targeted the bluelight workers in the covid 19 pandemic makes me mad. Maybe if the company could re-brand to unluckyit, and give the overworked and under payed emergency worker their money back. Robbing crooks. I had to edit this review because of a complaint from this company. Complaining about a complaint. Good customer service. Not.
