Ordered 3 shirts. Package left their facility on in Irving, Texas & it is sitting in Memphis, TN. The delivery address is Allen, TX. Delivery was scheduled for 9-1 on the 17th. Yesterday, 18th I called the company & they said they cannot do anything about that. Such BS is unacceptable. Wait for 7 day days & call them again & they will reship is ridiculous.

I normally wear a xl to a 2xl depending on shirt..most 2 xl are a little big..i ordered a 2 xl just in case. Figured if I liked the shirt and was little big..better than too small and would order xl next time. Received shirt felt cheap went to put it on and it fit like a medium I couldn't even button it..the sizing is ridiculous small..I would need a 3 or 4 xl based on this shirt...never again overpriced 19.99 China shirt

Horrible experience ordering from UntuckIt. I ordered a shirt for $78 which included the shipping fee in Feb 2025 Then I started receiving invoices from UPS for $89. UntuckIt customer service said that it was an error in Canadas shipping system and it would be removed. I reached out multiple times to UntuckIt and kept being told it would be removed. Then received late fee notices from UPS and in June this was sent to collections by UPS

The quality of the shirt is nice but customer service is horrible. They have some sort of a scam setup for shipping and they won’t do anything to make it right, I would not recommend ordering from them

2nd time Untuckit have sent my shirt to my old address even though I didn't use my account. The whole creating an account is absolutely rubbish... I've asked them to delete my account now .... wouldn't even accept my new postcode... terrible site

Avoid this company. Chaotic shipping process.I ordered 3 items for a gift. They sent one. It was 2 weeks ago and no one has an idea when the other 2 items are coming, or if they are coming. Anyway no gift at all. So disappointed. Employees don't not anything

AVOID this company. I ordered a dress for 128$. UPS attempt to collect 292$ delivery fee, blamed it on tariffs. Many calls to Untuckit customer service, you cannot reach a real person. Store employees super helpful. I was told by customer service via store employees that delivery fee would be waived. They never took off the delivery fee. I refused the product. When has a company charged a delivery feel more than twice the cost of the product?

They sent me the wrong size and color for a shirt I ordered. This is a boiler room operation. Don't waste your money on foreign made shirts!

Nice clothing but a very chaotic shipping process. 3 orders and the only consistency was the inconsistency and mystery of arrival. Everything has eventually arrived (so far) from just about every carrier available but with random notifications, if anything at all. Some items from an order come quickly, others up to 2 weeks or more. Patience & and faith are needed here if ordering online.

Sadly this was NOT the experience I had hoped for. My issue was with the lack of inventory to choose from & the product itself, not the service. The salesman was excellent, could not have had a better guy t work with.

So what was the problem? The so called "Wrinkle Free" shirts I was looking to acquire were far from wrinkle free as they are advertised. I have wrinkle free shirts, pants and sport jackets. The Untuckit shirts are NOT WRINKLE FREE! Once I came home with the 3 shirts I bought I unpackaged them and let them hang a bit. Creases everywhere? I washed them in cold water, let them hang dry, still wrinkles, etc, shirts do not look sharp at all.

I was told I should not dry clean them so I'm stuck with 3 shirts either I ruin by taking them to the dry cleaners or I don't wear them at all. Wasted money!

I will be shopping elsewhere going forward. Failed experiment!!

Bought a shirt in stock, card charged right away. Waited 7 days to see a ship notice. Emailed customer service and no response. Called customer service on day 11, they said they would look into it. 5 minutes later I get an email order cancelled. Refund within 5-7 business days. So possibly tying my money up for 18 days total. And the shirt still shows in stock! Scam

Ordered a gift card for somebody and it was cancelled for no reason. Ordered a second time and again it was cancelled. Messaged them on instagram but no reply even though they are actively posting on there.

Awful service avoid at all costs!

There was a day when I thought I found the perfect shirt and company and would not buy them from anyone else ever. Now I will avoid Untuckit for becoming a greedy company and not honoring its customers. It now makes mostly low quality products all made in China/Vietnam.

For example, I have flannel shirt from Untuckit I got several years ago, and it is my favorite flannel ever! It was made in Mauritius! It was great proper cozy weight for flannel, beautiful finish and feel, and perfect sizing. I absolutely love it!
Just ordered another flannel hoping for the same, and it is a low quality shirt made in China. It should not be called a flannel shirt! It is ultra-thin crappy cotton from China. Unless you like wearing flannel when it is over 70 degrees this shirt is useless. The fit is so poor compared to the Mauritius shirt that it is maddening. I now will have to return it and go to another company that makes REAL flannel shirts.

I should have known because I noticed the last two shirts I bought at Untuckit the fit was not as good and the material seemed cheaper. I was correct and should have returned those as well. I find I never reach for them in my closet the way I did earlier Untuckit purchases. Even their t-shirts have become low quality… just got two that I will have to return. Again, my favorite t-shirt from a few years ago was the Untuckit comfort t. I am comparing one bought just last week to my older one, and there is no comparison. They wrecked it!!

So sad when a clothing company gets a product so right, but then probably for more damn profit changes it and massively reduces quality hoping customers won’t notice. Well I have noticed, and am telling my friends that I recommended buy Untuckit shirts, and anyone else I can, to stay away. It no longer makes shirts worth anywhere near what they charge. And if you want nice flannel, go to LL Bean or REI, anyone but Untuckit rip off non-flannel shirt.

Done with Untuckit! And they could have had 30+ years of shirt purchase from me if they didn’t get greedy and honored quality over profit.

I have bought a dozen shirts from Untuckit. They are expected to be top quality premium product as they command premium pricing.

I’ve been generally disappointed with my purchases while roughly half of my purchase were satisfactory, too many of these Untuckit shirts were not worth the price they charge for its products.

Many were nothing special in terms of quality and no better than other more reasonably priced alternatives. Several were absolute garbage with cheap material that didn’t hold their shape after a few washes. I ordered 2 pull-over shirts of same model but different colors. One was actually shorter than the other.

I did purchase many shirts on sale. My recommendations is stay away from sales as there is a reason why these shirts are on sales and are likely sub-par products.

Ordered several items due to the low price. A month later never received. I emailed them and they said they would send the order again. Another month later never received. The tracking says delivered but they never gave proof of where or if it was delivered. I have asked for a refund and not heard back. I think this is a total scam. Awful experience.

I ordered a digital gift certificate but it was cancelled for no reason. I ordered a second time, but the recipient never received the email notification. The “chat with us” doesn't help at all. Not worth all the hassle.

I ordered a black and white shirt.I received 2 black shirts...I ordered 4 more shirts...they say delivered...I NEVER RECEIVED..There is NO ONE TO HELP YOU!!!!NO CHAT!!NO WEBSITE TO HELP!!!!

I was very disappointed in the length of the shirts. They were just too long to wear untucked. Once the hem goes below the crotch, they become skirts, not shirts.

I was very pleased with the quality of the material, the stitching and the finishing and the fit in the chest and torso. They have a semi-tailored look and feel. But after 3 exchanges, I just could not get a size that was short enough to wear untucked.

Because I like the fit and material, I kept the shirts, but have to wear them tucked in to avoid looking like a guy in a mini-skirt.

My wife and I went to the Westfield store today and we had excellent service from a very helpful lady in the store . She was very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly . Don’t know her name but we bought 2 shirts one was out of stock so she arrramged for it to be mailed in line

Awful experience, purchased something on Cyber Monday which appeared to be a bargain, has never arrived (6 weeks later). Emailed, and no response.

Terrible exchange business policy. Ordered two shirts (Med & Large) one for myself and one for my son-in-law per the size chart they provide. Both shirts were too small though my SIL liked my pattern and the large fit him. So I took the medium to the store to exchange it for the correct size and was absolutely surprised when I was told it was $21 more since I bought it a few weeks ago during a different sale? I’m now a never Untuckit customer for life. Never buy it as a holiday gift or any other type…
