The price was drastically increased after the goods transfer. I was shown an entirely different call out fee and I had to pay instead of arguing. Beware of them.

Move went well but charge was inflated by a unnecessary 2 trip.
The actual move went well, the guys were very good, our furniture was loaded, traveled & unpacked without damage.
Did have an issue with the truck size.
I explained we were moving from a 3 bedroom rental to our new 4 bedroom home when booking the move & fully expected with your experience that an appropriate size truck would be assigned to our move.
It turned out that 2 trips were required which of cause cost us more.
Do question if the smaller truck was sent with the knowledge that a 2nd trip would be required & allow UNN Movers & Logistics to charge for the additional trip.

We had a great experience with UNN Movers. Jay and his team were professional, hardworking and handled our move with care. Despite it being a long day, they remained helpful and ensured everything was moved safely. Highly recommend their services.
