Great professional friendly service. Careful and efficient and kept to the quoted time. Stairs were no issue and happily lifted two large items by ropes to the balcony and into the rooms that were not accessible by the tight staircase. Would use their services again.

We recently engaged YTL Movers for our move. Gavin was very responsive to my enquiry providing all the details with patience. I paid a small deposit of $200 and my booking is confirmed for the weekend.

Two men (Harry and another boy) arrived right on time that was promised at the time of booking confirmation not even a minute late. We had a initial chat about everything to be moved and from there on its all taken care of by them. The removalists were very professional, polite, understanding, friendly and respectful. The furnitures were wrapped with blankets for protection and secured properly in the truck. Whether the item was bulky or light it was handled with same care and patience. Not even a single minute was wasted in the whole time or not even a phone call was answered while they were working, It shows their extreme professionalism. They were continuous working without even taking breaks for 8+ hrs. But that didn't show up on their work. They had the same energy levels and enthusiasm right from the start to the end. They helped me with everything that I needed including disassembly and assembly of beds.

The whole process was smooth and stress free. This is first time I felt like moving can be so easy if the removalists are good because last couple of times I had very bad experience in all the aspects mentioned above. I will definitely use YTL again if I have to and highly recommend their service. Thanks team.
