App not allowingsign up says contact customer services no response to emails and customer contact number not active

I just found out PayrNet the company that froze all Unizest accounts and holds the money in these accounts have had it's license revoked by the Bank of Lithuania due to violations involving money laundering, terrorist financing and international sanctions. I've had the worst experience contacting anyone that can give me any answers on getting my money back. If anyone is experiencing the same trouble contacting services for help please get in touch. I'm trying to get as much information as possible!

One star is too many for this fraudulent scam! My son is stranded in the UK with no money and his wellbeing at great risk thanks to Unizest! Who do you think you are by freezing innocent peoples' accounts? I can see a massive legal case coming your way. You are the lowest of lows doing this to the most vulnerable. Why don't you save yourselves from getting into more strive with the UK government and give these people their money so they can live? Your day will come!!!!

Awful experience. I received an email saying that Unizest is closing so I went to withdraw my funds and I can't! I can't use my card or transfer any money. Literally can't access my rent money and no one is helping or responding to emails. So I have no access to my money that they are withholding. Really stressful

WORST BANK EVER!!! DO NOT USE!!

After receiving an e-mail saying they were closing in August they have frozen my money, I have no access to it at all and no one seems to want to help.

I'll be taking up legal action, i'm glad to see others have been experiencing the same issue. Its illegal to withhold peoples funds, so if your in the same boat, I highly recommend taking legal action.

I also experienced the same problem with this app. My account was frozen and they didn't respond to my messages/calls. I can't believe the same thing happened with other people here, I wish I could've known!

The Unizest account was easy to setup and is really useful for my everyday spending and the customer service team are great if you need help. Highly recommend Unizest.

I found the set up to be easy, transparent and safe. The user interface is uncomplicated, intuitive and just what I needed for my transactions.

Recommended this to a student friend coming in from abroad to the UK. Thought I might have to help out but she'd signed up, gone through the account opening before she got to the UK and has now received the card and started to use the account before I realised! She is really pleased with the app and the card and i'm pleased that at least the money side of her coming to the UK has been quick and easy. Thanks

If I could leave a review of 0 this would be it. Highly unprofessional and disconcerting that a bank can get away with the unaccountable practise Unizest performs. We were blocked from transferring out and using our own money in our account for up to 3 weeks, with no proactive communication as to why this was. This was highly disconcerting as rent, food and other utilities are dependant on money.
The idea that we could not use our own money is something hard to grasp.
If you want a bank that gives us free reign of your money, Unizest is not the bank for you.

If negative scoring was available Unizest definitely deserves it. Account opening was good and very responsive support was available. But when we indicated we wanted to close the account and move our funds, our assets were frozen without any notice. The customer support team tried to help, but was left alone by their management who just chose to ignore our messages. It took about 2+ weeks to get this resolved with us spending hours on the phone and writing e-mails and even incurring unnecessary additional costs.

I had this account for several months and all of a sudden they close my account without no explanation. Money has gone missing and clearly not bothered about sorting it. Don’t put any money in as you don’t no where it will end up.

I have created and verified an account with unizest but they won't give the account details. I have written them severally via email but no reply.

Terrible scam account .. my mum transferred me £30 and they closed my account for absolutely nothing.. said this could have been fraudulent! My mum sending me cash is not fraud even she confirmed it her bank confirmed it and account still closed stay well clear

I had a unizest account and they stopped serviced last year. I still had some some balance in that account. But still got no refunds and any updates.
