As I have moved over from ESA to Universiel credit 5 months ago its been hell plus when I phoned universal credit they lies they unprofessionalesm also when you make a complaint they do not care no response they only depart ment they listen to is ombudsman plus these case managers in Belfast are not much better they don't phone as they work from home whay should they 5 mouths of he'll and still continue what good country going to they dogs just bad management and they get big money for nothing

The application was very easy to understand and complete.

I exeoerince right now the worse days in me life. They close me account because I study plus I have rights to take universal credit because I’m British Citizen I was in PiP and my health make me problems . I called they ask questions and they close call phone. I talked with Meneger or whatever is her naime is Ammarah she was very rude with me she says will pay me next day. Next day she close me account. If she work in that job she must now lows. I’m am allowed to study if I’m am in Universal credit. I called manny times they promise call me back but didn’t call plus they don’t give you reference number. They stress me and they aggravated me heath. I was in phone with one staff there and start cofeeng and vomit he call ambulance by phone. They abuse people with struggling with life and health.
