Disappointed that renewal was sent out late again, same happened last year, as we need to agree this as a Trustee board and arrange payment, they should go out well in advance of the renewal date.

Unity Insurance contacted us via email in plenty of time to remind us that our Insurance Policy was due to expire. I left it a while and they sent another reminder.
I then contacted the office and spoke to a very polite member of staff who was very helpful and was able to organise the Policy for the next year.

you keep increasing my premiums way above inflation, if I make a claim I can understand THAT, but when I am good payer and no claims ABOVE INFLATION GREED COME TO MIND.
