Reservations on line was very easy. Hopefully there will not be any problems once we get to parking lot

This relates to parking in FLL at Renaissance on 1 DEC 2019. Indoor parking was great BUT we waited for the shuttle bus to the port more than 45 minutes. We along with many others took taxis.
Upon return from the cruise the shuttle bus awaited us.

Both of my flights were during after hours of your normal running schedule. I called the hotel number to request drop off and pickup and NO ONE ever answers. When we departed, I walked in to the front desk to sign paper work and there was no one at the front desk and the shuttle driver was just standing at his station, no one seems to have known that a customer was calling after I mentioned that I had been calling for the past 15 minutes. The shuttle driver only said that he was the only one on duty, which was still no excuse especially if a customer is calling. When we returned to Atlanta, I experienced the same. Thia time I called 13 times from 10:45pm on January 14th until 11:30pm because I read that the normal routine schedule stopped at 11pm. We had to get ANOTHER company to drop is off at The Hilton since there was no answer. I even had someone from the 800# call and they couldn't get through either. When we finally arrived, there were 3 people behind the front desk and the shuttle driver- again, no one knew there was a customer calling. When I approached the shuttle driver, he told me that I had to keep calling until I get someone. I told him and showed him how many times I had called so he could keep his encouragement to call. As a paying customer I should not have had to "keep calling". Fix your telephone system!!!! I will also post this on google reviews. This was ridiculous.

Horrible experience! The parking lot I was directed to park at had a diffferent name. I drove around three times looking for “United Airport Parking”. The address I was directed to admitted they work with this company. The staff had zero customer service skills, instead choosing to be on their personal cell phones. The “shuttle” doesn’t take you to the airport. Instead, it takes you to airport’s off site car rental lot. You then have to take the airport shuttle to actually get to the airport. The whole process was super sketchy. I was concerned for my car while I was away. I would not recommend this company, or their remote partner. In the future, I will stick with on-site airport parking.

Fairly easy to find. Hotel staff were efficient and polite. The shuttle driver was also very nice and drove safely. Upon return three weeks later our car was safe and sound. Will definitely use this service again.

Your app was the only one that allowed for Canadian customers to input their address. After receiving the approval documents I drove over to the Marriott and Herman at the front got me parked in the long stay right away. I'll be back in 3 weeks in Miami and will be staying at the Marriott for 2 days before heading out.

I pre-paid for 8 days of parking. When I arrived at the lot location I was told that the address that was provided was incorrect and I had to go to another location. So, I did that and when I arrived there I was told that there was not parking spot for me and was told to go to Thrifty down the road. As soon as I came through the door at Thrifty the gentleman told me that the other lot does this all of the time. I had to pay again out of pocket for parking. I will be forwarding my receipt from Thrifty and expect to be compensated fully!

Probably about my 10th time using United Airport Parking and it is still very easy to use. The hotel staff knew exactly what I need for airport parking. Facility was fenced in and had lots of lighting. Can't beat the price!. Will continue to use this service.

As a travel advisor I travel often and I use this service every time I have to park and fly. The prices are definitely affordable and the free airport shuttle is so helpful. I will continue to use this service, and recommend to my clients as well.

Easy-Peasy to reserve and convenient. Sure wish they had a shuttle to the Miami Port.

Had used this service a few times with no issues. But I booked a reservation 4 days ago for my Christmas trip out of Orlando and just got an email saying they cancelled my reservation. They didn't even refund me their $5 service fee. How can you cancel someone with no reason noted and then not even give a full refund. I am waiting to hear back from their customer service but unless I get my spot back I will never be using this service again. I have no idea if I will be able to find parking this late now. This is unacceptable.
