Ik belde op vrijdag overdag, maar kreeg te horen dat ze gesloten zijn. Je kan ons bereiken via email. Maar die is nergens te vinden. Om retour te zenden moet je de producten van de levering aanduiden, maar daar staan andere producten op dan die ik bestelde, die geleverd werden en waarvoor ik een factuur kreeg. Onmogelijk dus om te retourneren.

The customer needs to bear the cost of return??? It’s 2026. What kind of store doesn’t offer a return label together with delivery? Uniqlo, I guess. The cost of the item was 35€. To which I spent 25€ in its return. Disgusting. Shameless.

Servizio clienti pessimo, tracciamento inutilizzabile e rimborso ancora senza conferma

La mia esperienza con UNIQLO è stata estremamente deludente sotto molti aspetti. Oltre alle difficoltà incontrate nel ottenere informazioni chiare sul mio rimborso, ho trovato assolutamente inaccettabile anche la gestione delle spedizioni e del tracciamento dei pacchi.

Il sistema di tracking è poco chiaro e difficile da utilizzare e, cosa ancora più grave, il cliente non ha praticamente alcuna possibilità di gestire autonomamente la consegna o intervenire in modo efficace in caso di problemi. Nel 2026 è assurdo che un'azienda di queste dimensioni offra un'esperienza così limitata e frustrante.

Per quanto riguarda il rimborso, mi sono ritrovata a dover contattare ripetutamente il servizio clienti senza ricevere risposte concrete. Le comunicazioni sono state vaghe e generiche, senza una conferma chiara dell'emissione del rimborso né indicazioni precise sulle tempistiche.

La sensazione è quella di essere completamente abbandonata dopo l'acquisto: quando tutto va bene non ci sono problemi, ma quando si presenta una necessità di assistenza emerge immediatamente la scarsa qualità del supporto al cliente.

Tra un servizio clienti inefficiente, la mancanza di trasparenza sui rimborsi e l'impossibilità di gestire in autonomia le spedizioni e il tracciamento dei pacchi, questa è stata senza dubbio una delle peggiori esperienze di acquisto online che abbia avuto negli ultimi anni.

Non consiglio UNIQLO a chi si aspetta un servizio post-vendita all'altezza di un marchio internazionale.

Rubbish. Super slow delivery, i will not buy from them again

Top quality and excellent fit. Focus is on wardrobe basics. I buy from the local stores in Amsterdam or Amstelveen. The selection is excellent and the clothing is very durable. I have a down coat I bought from them five years ago and it is still in excellent shape. Their summer bra tops are amazing. Everything can go in the washer and dryer with no problem. Great prices for excellent quality.

I've used Uniqlo a few times now and they've been pretty reliable. Everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. Unfortunately one item arrived damaged and the replacement took a while. Would consider them again if the issues get sorted.

Be warned! The store manager of UNIQLO, Westgate, Oxford, is a terrible racist!

I attended a group interview for a sales position here in May, and it was the single worst experience of my professional life. The store manager, interviewing manager and all three of the other applicants were Chinese/Asian orientation. As if this in itself wasn't a massive red flag, the store manager made a special effort to treat me differently as the only non-Asian person in the room. I was only applicant who was not allowed to finish answering questions. The body language I received from the store manager was disgusting. All of the other applicants were fine and treated with respect. I received my unsuccessful email 9:00am the following morning, she couldn't wait to send it! Ruled me out the second she saw I was Caucasian! She even put down "Too vocal and wouldn't let others speak" as feedback. Like.. WHAT?! Textbook racism. She should be fired!

Very disappointed with Uniqlo. Shirt washed once, ended up ripped at seams in shoulder and both cuffs. Probably sewn too close to edges. Compensation offered: 10 dollars for a brand new shirt that I’m going to throw away!! Shame on you! Very unprofessional!

De er så nærige at det er på grænsen til ulækkert! Jeg modtog en fødselsdagskupon på 50 kr som jeg har “mistet” efter at have leveret dele af ordren hvor den blev brugt. De har så dårlig kundeservice at de i stedet for at sige ok, her er din FØDSELSDAGSKUPON tilbage - så har de i stedet taget sig god tid til at forklare mig en mail, hvordan sådanne kuponer fordeles “proportionelt” og at den er mistet. Sikke en ussel oplevelse- tænk at man er så nærig! Føj!

Mais il faut bien savoir que sans moyens de transport efficaces bien nombre de retours sous impossible à faire. Coût de la livraison à noter!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience they stole my money and waited 10 days to say they didn’t send my order then was told they can’t help i just have o wait another week for my money to come back and order again

Return experience not very good but in shop experience good products overall fine it’s Uniqlo you know what you get however I bought a dress with a stain on it which I realised when I got home and they would not let me return it a complete joke.

I bought three T-shirts from Uniqlo - two oversized white graphic tees and one black crop top. The black crop top has actually been great - it fits well, feels good quality, and has held up perfectly so far.

Unfortunately, the two white T-shirts were a huge disappointment. After three washes, the printed designs had already faded so much that they almost disappeared. On top of that, the fabric itself didn't stay white for very long and started looking dull and worn far sooner than expected.

I take good care of my clothes and always wash whites properly, using color catcher sheets and quality laundry products specifically meant to keep white clothing looking fresh. None of my other white clothes have had this issue, so it's hard not to blame the quality of these shirts.

It's a shame because at nearly €20 per T-shirt, I expected them to last much longer than a month. One good item out of three isn't enough to make me want to buy graphic tees from Uniqlo again.

Vendredi 10 avril, avec ma femme, nous essayons des vêtements lorsque 2 salariés viennent lui demander de nous laisser et m'informe qu'une de leur salariée m'aurait identifié comme un client qui lui aurai tenue des propos insultants par le passé ??

Je leur dit qu'il s'agit d'une erreur et ils rajoutent que d'autres salariés présents ce jour, et donc lors de l'altercation également, confirmeraient ces dires ...

Je leur confirme a nouveau qu'il s'agit d'une erreur mais on me demande de partir sans plus d'explications et m'accompagne vers la sortie ... Je souhaite voir un responsable, on me répond qu'il n'est pas là ...
J'ai donc laissé mes coordonnées pour que l'on me rappel ainsi qu'un signalement sur leur site mais toujours pas de nouvelle à ce jour.
Donc on vous accuse sans preuve et on ne vous rappel pas, ce magasin n'est sérieux et je ne le recommande à personne.

Nous sommes le 25 avril et toujours pas de nouvelles, malgré mes différentes relances.

Vi købte en Seamless down vinterjakke, som gik op i syningen ved den ene lomme efter kun 14 dages brug. Jeg fremsendte billeddokumentation og skrev at det gik under reklamationsretten osv. Men det ville de ikke acceptere. Så vi har selv måtte reparere det så alle dunene ikke kunne komme ud. Det ser ikke særlig pænt ud.

Mon colis est perdu. Le délai de retour arrive à expiration. Je suis très déçu(e) par le service.

La politique de retour pour les achats en ligne est particulièrement contraignante : aucun remboursement possible en magasin, uniquement des échanges. Pour obtenir un remboursement, le renvoi postal est obligatoire et à nos frais .

Une politique qui manque clairement de transparence au moment de l’achat et qui fait passer le profit avant la satisfaction client.
