Recently purchased the new power fome toilet cleaner citrus burst,
What rubbish. Advertising how it works upside down and sticks to the bowl.
Not what I found at all might just as well used normal bleach and much cheaper than this product.
Did ring them and was told my comments would be passed on
Not holding my breath!!

I can't find a separate section for Hellmanns mayonnaise & I fully appreciate that everyone's tastebuds are different - but I'm curious to know if I'm the only one who finds Hellmann's 'REAL' Mayonnaise utterly tasteless ?

Wieder ein Konzern, der die Menge reduziert und den Preis somit erhöht. Geschieht im Moment bei Dove Duschgel‘s. Von 250ml auf 225 ml runter. Ich nenne dies Raubritterei.

Seit vielen Jahren kaufe ich Dove Duschgel, gestern wollte ich meinen Vorrat auffüllen und war entsetzt! Die Flaschen kleiner, weniger Inhalt und doppelt so teuer!!! Da hab ich das Produkt zurückgestellt und mich für eine andere Marke entschieden.
Fakt: kaufe ich nicht mehr!!!!

Don't buy Unilever products. They're the worst company I've come across.
I bought Surf powder & it bleached all my clothes. They asked me a million questions, then after said it's your problem, it contains BLEACHING AGENTS! Damaged £200 worth of clothes, some new Fatface shirts & hoodies & not even a £5 voucher as an apology.

Another time, Surf washing up liquid made my hands really dry & cracked. They said thanks for letting us know. Wouldn't give my money back even.

Ik heb een klacht ingediend betreffende Cup a Soup. Aanvankelijk leek het erop dat deze serieus genomen werd. Ik kreeg zelfs een compensatie aangeboden. Helaas is die nooit gekomen, wel een enquête.

Unilever dat inmiddels géén kantoor meer in Nederland heeft blijft de prijs verhogen. Dat kan zijn door verhoging of door de verpakking te verkleinen. Het product is ook niet meer het A-merk daar in diverse testen een product als Gewoon als beste eruit komt zoals de knakworst. Maar wel voor minder dan de helft. Ook de beroemde chips als Lays moeten het afleggen bij een test tegen het huismerk van een supermarkt.

Knorr basis blik soep voor de mensen die het minder breed hebben aan een betaalbare prijs aanbieden was een mooie aanbieding. Wat doen ze? Prijsstijging van 1.69eu naar 2.49eu voor hetzelfde blik soep in 3 maanden tijd. Reken het percentage maar uit. Basis tomatensoep in blik waar je nog water moet bij toevoegen! Ben andere producten gaan nakijken van hun...schrinkflation, bedriegelijke verpakkingen en overpriced. Als je naar het het Unilever logo kijkt op de verpakking...er is zeker een alternatief te vinden.

"Duschdas" hat plötzlich nur noch 225ml Inhalt pro Flasche.
Die Flasche ist gleich groß geblieben, nur etwas flacher
Dafür wurde der Preis erhöht und rechnet man nach, ergibt sich eine 20%ige Preiserhöhung.
Ich werde jedenfalls diese üble Kundentäuschung nicht akzeptieren und Unilever-Produkte konsequent meiden.

Slechte producten voor veeeel geld. Kruidenpoeders (van Knorr) smaken naar poeder, verpakking doet lijken of je veel waar voor je geld krijgt, staat absoluut niet in verhouding tot de daadwerkelijke inhoud. Scam/oplichting/misbruik van leuke mooie verpakkingen met een belachelijke inhoud. Ik koop nooit meer wat van Unilever uit vrije wil, het zou een bedrijf moeten zijn waar de Nederlander trots op is…… ik schaam me voor deze multinational die de consument in de maling neemt

Ich habe mich wegen einer Produktfrage an Unilever gewandt. Ich habe von Frau Lara P. (Konsumentenservice) schnell und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit Auskunft erhalten bzw. wurde mir sehr schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür.

I worked at Unilever for over 15 years, when I quit I requested the rewards I earned by documenting quality catches. HR refused to pay out because I quit. In my opinion this is what you would call spite work.

Fairy Non Bio Washing Powder has blue granules in it. I've used the product for more years than I care to recall. Recently my underwear was stained with bluey/purple-ish spots and they can't be removed!!
I managed to track down the Proctor and Gamble customer services and made a report about this issue. I got a prompt response to my email but it was not helpful. I was treated to suggestions on how to wash my clothes and asked ridiculous questions as to how and where I washed my clothes ie by hand or machine. I believe the intention is to shift blame for a poor product onto the consumer. I wrote and told them my thoughts. They replied and were surprised I felt this way and have said I might like to try other Fairy Products 😧.
No further assistance with the problem.
According to the customer service person they are sending vouchers as a "goodwill gesture" with the added caveat that "not all retailers accept them ". Please think twice about what washing powder you use and how you use it!!
If I could give the company of Proctor and Gamble a minus rating I would do so.
