By all means, a corrupt corporation acting in ways that look and feel similar to what China has done to Hong Kong.
They can't follow a simple agreement without trying to bully their way through Ben & Jerry's.
Unilever is, by definition, supporting corruption, undemocratic values, and licking the boots of a dictator.
I recommend that everyone boycott all its brands indefinitely.

Salve, ho acquistato 3 barattoli di pasta Fissan per un nipotino di mia moglie, lo scorso ottobre 2024, spesa fatta in tutta tranquillità perché conoscevo il prodotto da oltre 60 anni, e ha sempre funzionato alla grande nel guarire le irritazioni della pelle dei lattanti. Ma questa volta una grande delusione, il prodotto non funziona più come prima, è evidente che qualcosa nella formulazione originale è stata cambiata, ho dovuto acquistare un prodotto di altra marca, per risolvere il problema. In definitiva mi sono sentito truffato da un prodotto che non è più lo stesso, ho speso oltre 30 euro per i tre barattoli, più il costo del nuovo prodotto. Trovo molto stupido cambiare nella formulazione un prodotto che vantava una clientela da oltre mezzo secolo, con quali finalità non so spiegarmelo, perdere una clientela che ti segue da anni a occhi chiusi. Mi dispiace molto aver subito il danno e la beffa, vergogna.

On two occasions concerning totally separate issues I contacted Unilever customer service via email/ on line queries form. On both occasions my efforts have been ignored.
Regarding their customer service, this company deserves a zero star rating!!

I switched laundry detergent brands and tried Surf tropical lily powder and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is for the price, it cleans my clothes well despite my washing machine only washing with cold water as the heating element has failed. The powder also leaves a pleasant scent on the clothes. I highly recommend this laundry detergent.

Aromat Chili und Knoblauch absolut unbrauchbar.
Nach dem Öffnen der Dosen verklumpt das Pulver nach kurzer Zeit und ist unbrauchbar.
Zudem enthalten die Produkte immernoch Geschmacksverstärker und Palmöl.
Unverantwortlich und unnötig.

Ho atteso il periodo massimo che aveva la società per farmi avere rimborso dopodiché ho inviato mail per avere chiarimenti e sollecitare il rimborso.
iServizio Clienti della Unilever in merito alla mancata ricezione del buono mi è ha scritto che la mia partecipazione non è andata a buon fine perché ho fatto acquisto nella date errate, facendo riferimento ad un' altra iniziativa e dicendo anche che non ho fatto compere per la cifra giusta!!!
Come a dire che non so né leggere e ne contare praticamente!
Continuano a fare diversi cashback ma poi alla fine te li contestano continuamente e cercano di fare passare i clienti per "ignoranti" che non sanno leggere, scrivere e fare di conto. Semplicemente vergognoso,penso che a questo punto mi rivolgerò alle autorità competenti in materia di pubblicità fraudolenta e ingannevole e alle associazioni per consumatori

Das Mitarbeiter Bonusprogramm über EquatePlus oder Computershare birgt massive Verluste! Ich habe nach meinem Austritt an die EUR 3.000 verloren. Es wird ein erheblicher Anteil einbehalten und zusätzlich eine weitere große Summe für angebliche Steuerabzüge abgezogen! Eine Bestätigung einer Zahlung an das Finanzamt oder logische Erklärung gibt es nicht! Die Personalabteilung von Unilever fühlt sich nicht zuständig. Die Kommunikation mit Equateplus ist unterirdisch! Man wird mit Standard-Texten abgewunken. Die Shares sind verloren! Absolut unseriöses Verhalten! Ich werde dies dem Finanzamt melden!

False promotion in Italy with promises of cashback if clients bought their Dove Advanced Care bubble bath.
No intention at all to give the cashback to clients who have tried the product, just a pretend to induce the purchase

Falsa promozione con la promessa di cashback se si comprava il bagnoschiuma Dove Advanced Care, ma ovviamente non c'era fin dall'inizio l'intenzione di ridare i soldi ai clienti, solo un pretesto per aumentare le vendite

Ho effettuato un acquisto con cashback nel gennaio 2024 di un deodorante Dove. Dopo avere inviato regolarmente scontrino parlante e dati attendo invano 150 gg, come da regolamento, il rimborso. Passati più di 180 gg scrivo alla segreteria chiedendo il motivo del ritardo. Mi rispondono che "sua partecipazione non è stata convalidata poiché il documento d’acquisto caricato risulta non parlante, prodotto "DOVE DEO SPRAY TALCO" generico". Lo scontrino invece identifica esattamente quel prodotto in quanto , nel loro regolamento, non vi sono altre referenze con diciture uguali. Dopo decine di cashback fatti senza problemi è la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere!
Un totale travisamento della realtà.
AGGIORNAMENTO AL 2 OTTOBRE 2024.
Dopo avermi richiesto ( e forse avere visto la mia recensione negativa) il codice Ean del prodotto (che ho inviato regolarmente via mail) hanno inviato il bonifico "in via del tutto eccezionale"(secondo loro). Non riconoscendo fino all'ultimo l'errore commesso inizialmente.

I recently purchased Persil 3-in-1 Bio Capsules, and I'm absolutely furious with the results. After using these capsules, my once pristine white top is now dyed blue! And to make matters worse, Unilever has the audacity to gaslight me, insisting that I must have washed my white top with a colored item.

I’m 44 years old, and I've been doing laundry for over two decades. I know how to separate whites from colors. This was a load of pure whites, no colors anywhere near it, and yet, somehow, these capsules managed to ruin my clothes.

To add insult to injury, Unilever's customer service is absolutely disgusting. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to patronize and blame me for their faulty product. It's clear they don't care about their customers at all.

I urge everyone to stay away from Unilever products, especially Persil 3-in-1 Bio Capsules. They’re not worth the risk to your clothes, and dealing with their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and find a brand that actually stands by their products.

Seit vielen Jahren benutze ich das Dove Duschgel.Heute wollte ich eine neue Flasche kaufen und bin fast aus den Latschen gekippt. Erstmal sah die Flasche im Design verändert aus. Da klingeln beim Verbraucher eh die Alarmglocken. Und mal wieder zu Recht!
Der Inhalt ist von 250 ml auf 225 ml geschrumpft. Und dann noch gleichzeitig der unverschämt hohe Preis von 2,99 Euro (Kaufland)! Wie dreist ist das bitte?

Ich wehre mich als Kunde dagegen und werde Dove Produkte boykottieren.
