Ik had een vraag over hun erwtensoep. Meestal hoor je daar nooit meer wat van bij andere bedrijven, maar hun klantenservice heeft echt indruk op me gemaakt. Wat een betrokkenheid, dat maak ik zelden meer mee tegenwoordig. Helaas.

Only left one star as I had to. My friend is suffering from Cancer and has been for sometime. Very ill! He had a HR meeting recently and the heartless female in HR asked him to go away and find out what stage he is at! WTAF!

I purchased two of these at the end of December 2021 as they were half price at £2.74 each, so a total of £5.48 was spent.
Sadly, I had a reaction to the first bottle I used within four days of use

I'm just wondering, post-Paul Polman, if you actually read your reviews, digest, and learn what your (ex) customers feel about your systematic destruction of brands with previous integrity... I refer you to Pukka teas.

Have you noticed the difference in taste?? Since this company bought out Colman's of Norwich they have completely ruined a 200+ year old British product. It seems that our American cousins find our fine old english mustard too hot for their delicate gums and have decided to dumb the taste down to make it taste more like the unpalatable American hot dog mustard. Another fine English product ruined by the American corporates in their quest for money over quality.

Waarom moeten die wasmiddelen zo verpakt worden dat ze zonder bruut geweld niet open te maken zijn en daarna niet meer bruikbaar omdat de verpakking niet meer dicht kan.
Zullen we de kinderen gewoon weer gaan opvoeden zodat de wasmiddelen weer normaal verpakt kunnen worden?
Echt omgekeerde wereld, nu kan niemand de verpakking meer open krijgen☹️

Avoid because of the additives

Recently I tried to find out where is Hellman's "real" mayonnaise made.
I was completely gobsmacked when they told me that for security reasons I was not allowed to know.
Which as you can imagine increased my curiosity by a hundred fold.
Only when I demanded to know that I deserved to know where is the food that I put in my children's sandwiches every morning made I got response from someone in United states.
Just to tell me that it is made in Europe.
Then I decided to ask how come they call their product "Real" if it has water and sugar in it.
Answer was that it meets the standards.
Absolutely unbelievable experience with what it turns out is another company bought by an American conglomerate which will happily put profits before anything else.

Terrible customer service - a simple request for a SDS for Domestos - said they would send but didnt and emails apparently have to be approved before sending. After my 3rd call they admitted that my email had been recorded wrongly but they will send and I should receive after approval - whenever that may be!

The uniLever products are not worthy even i am facing issue in germ kit of pure it excella since i buy this product (from last 2 & half years). company is unable to provide kit for this product. i did not recommend this product please don't waste your money on it.

Top company. They know what they do

Cette entreprise méprise ses clients, les réponses sont tardives est illusoires, réalisées avec des lettres types qui ne considèrent pas les vrais problèmes malgré l'évidence des photos demandées par la procédure. Nous somme pourtant en droit d'obtenir une réponse sérieuse après les dégradations de notre linge consécutivement au lancement d'une nouvelle lessive encore immature pour sa commercialisation.

For many years I have been using Sure antiperspirant. As usual I bought a couple and one of them, initially worked as normal, then the nozzle failed. I cleaned etc but it was not working. I was a bit embarrassed to complain but I still rang Unilever helpline.

I don't normally complain over minor things but I was pleasantly surprised at the courtesy extended to me. The phone call was handled very professionally and Unilever sent me some coupons. Amazing service. Many thanks

They did not turn up on the day of our house move nor did they let us know they would not be arriving, our chain has now fallen apart and we have missed the stamp duty holiday deadline.

Bought some Mint Magnum Minis that turned out to be Vanilla in the box! Sent complaint. No one made contact then they asked me to review there customer care! What response do you think I gave them!

Unilever is a professional company with a wide range of good reliable products. Their Website is professional, easy and shows the business products and structure

Waarom wij hier in België nog altijd opgescheept zitten met super kleine verpakkingen van 200ml (conditioner) tot 250ml (shampoo, bodywash) is gewoon al te gek.

In deze "internationale" tijden?

Zéker in deze pandemie zou je denken, je geeft mensen een groter volume aan product, zodat zij niet weer zo snel naar de winkel hoeven.

Maar nee. Dat je dan 5 flessen conditioner aankoopt (1L) en scheef bekeken wordt, dat mag. Want je mag niet "hoarden". Hola! Mag het? Ik heb, als vrouw, lange haren en met 1 fles kom ik amper toe voor 2 à 3x wassen. Ik wil ook niet wekelijks die aankoop hebben.

Dan zie je in de US mensen *standaard* met flessen van 500ml en 1L en denk je, waarom hinken wij hier zo achter op alles?
