Omdat ik op mijn emails geen antwoord krijg, probeer ik het op deze manier: mijn bralette is na 2x gedragen al kapot: de naad tussen de cups laat los. Ik heb 2x een email gestuurd naar de klantenservice maar nog geen antwoord gekregen. Het gaat om ordernummer 35333

We have been down due to logistical challenges where our entire system has been down/hacked. We have been unable to enter any of our systems for three weeks - this has of course had fatal consequences for us and our beloved customers.
With our Repair & Reward program, we will happily cover the cost of a tailor, and furthermore match the amount on a giftcard for a future order.

Hi! I am a fan of Gilda bra and slips. Have many of them. But the white-orangeflowers blouse&shorts set the buttons fall off and the fabric of the buttons came of within one week of wearing them! The fabric is beautiful but i miss two buttons now! (There was one extra). I lost one that came of and one of without fabric. Can you send more buttons??

After multiple years, still my favorite brand.
I live in the US and have been shopping with Underprotection for a few years now. One just cannot find the same quality, ethics and design in the US. I own many many pieces - bras, underwear, body stocking, pajamas, makeup case, beach bag, and period underwear. I love them all and keep coming back for more.

The sizing chart was spot on and shipping to California took about a week. The fabric is the softest I’ve ever felt for this type of look. It’s a beautiful gift to myself!

Beste gift to myself
Hello, got my package yesterday and its fantastic!!!! Ist fits and IT looks so so great. I feel like an underwear-model without being one 😂😂😂🥰. Like its made for my shape and size!!!! I have exchanged all of my old underwear to new one and im more than happy in my 40s. Love and best wishes, Doris.

I’m happy with the product and delivery…
I’m happy with the product and delivery time, however, using UPS was nog great. Without my decision, the package went to a pick up point (this was not my choice), and the pickup point was not very close or easy to reach. Furthermore, the opening times of the place were only workdays and working hours - very unhandy so only had 4 business days to pick up whilst I was going on vacation. So bottom line, check very carefully what the delivery option is.
