Perfect packing and customer service

UMMA is an amazing wholesale provider, they always pack the products with care and dedication. Thanks to UMMA my customers always receive their products in perfect condition!

Products were delivered fast. Packaging was great. A lot of bubble wrap to protect the products. Ordering proces was smooth.

Tracking clearly confirms that my order was returned and successfully delivered back to UMMA, marked as “Delivery complete.” The company is in possession of the item.

The original issue started when the order was returned by UAE Customs due to missing contact details (phone number and email) an error entirely on UMMA’s side. The order was never delivered to me, and more than 90 days have passed.

Despite the parcel being returned and received by UMMA, I have received:

No refund

No confirmation

Only generic, template customer service responses

I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional and poorly handled customer service experience. This goes beyond poor service and shows a complete failure to take responsibility, even after receiving the returned product.

I strongly advise customers to be cautious. If something goes wrong, you may be left chasing refunds even when tracking clearly proves the item was returned and received.

Among many other kbeauty wholesalers, UMMA was my very first trusted and authentic supplier. Through their help, I was able to open up small skincare business which made me help grow my vision. Their products are well packed and shipped causing less damage.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a large order and paid a very high shipping fee and custom duties. My sealed box arrived with 4 items missing.

When I contacted customer service, I was given the runaround. First, they promised a resolution with store credit, which never appeared. Now, they are delaying by saying a manager needs to review the case, with no timeline for a solution. They are asking for my "patience" after I've already been more than patient.

Their "proof" that they packed the items was a blurry photo of products on a table, not even inside my box. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their own packing errors, especially when international customers pay so much in extra fees. I cannot recommend them at this time.
