I placed my order last April 2026 and since they confirmed my order at same day. I never heard anything from them. My order never arrive until now. I tried and email many times. No replied at all

Few thousands euros down the drain. They used to be good. Causing major delays and one time due to poor paperworks, it was held by customs for almost a year. They did not do any follow up either.
