ordered three of these UMIDIGI phones for Christmas one of them the port is gone. The other one is fully charged up to 100% it just doesn’t wanna open so ordered another one and January sometime and also the port went on it. What can I do about these phones? can I send them back so you can refund me or get different ones???

Al 2 telefoons van Umidig gehad en zeer tevreden . Nu heb ik de 3de besteld en betaald .Deze zou rond 2 januari geleverd worden . Helaas , vandaag , 27 januari 2026 , nog steeds niets ontvangen , sterker nog , ze ontkennen de ordernummer en de betaling .
Dit valt zwaar tegen . Daaaag centen? Jammer , nogmaals , ik was in mijn nopjes met mijn UMIDIGI .

Vervolg van voorstaande : Doordat ik deze blijkbaar rechtstreeks in China had besteld , wisten ze hier in Europa natuurlijk nergens van . Dank zij onze zoon hebben we inmiddels dat geld terug en meteen een Umidigi note 100 besteld en ontvangen . Conclusie: ik ga weer enkele jaren genieten van mijn Umidigi die volgens mijn provider hetzelfde presteerde als een stukken duurdere IPhone .

I'm honestly thrilled by this phone's camera quality and affordable price. I really love it and would definitely tell others to get one!

Useless company with zero support, customer service no existent, terrible phones.
From a real experience. I recommend avoiding this one.

I have purchased numerous Umidigi mobiles over the years and they have been alright.
In April is purchased the Umidigi Note 100 5G from the start it was a problem and after 4 months I have still not resolved the problem.
The mobile is not fit for purpose.
I will be looking to use this mobile as a paper weight and be purchasing a new mobile from a different manufacturer.

I bought this phone, few days ago. At first it looks perfect. But after a few days usage, I noticed there is a few features are missing out and there is a problem with the alarm and clock. Also it has no note book features 😔📖 so all the detailed notes and passwords now I can not transfer to the new phone and have to rewrite
all my past passwords, on a physical book again.
It has no photo gallery. So I have to upload them to Google.
The company, I was told has no plans to do software updates.

My iPad keeps restarting and everytime it happens my battery goes from 50% to 5% can umidigi fix their iPad batteries

The worst phone that I have ever had to deal with my data don't work and the phone has been glitching since I made the review on Amazon. They also want to scam you get you to give them five stars so they can pay you for fake reviews

I bought my umidigi byson pro february 2023. The thing that did not work from the word go was the NFC app.
Otherwise it worked fine untill october 2024, when it started switching itself off randomilly and then rebooting all by itself. Eventually it got worse untill just before christmas when it died.
I contacted umidigi but after repeated e-mails absolutely no replys.
That was surprising because I thought they were a professional firm. On e-bay they appear to be very competent but is only a smoke screen.
The only thing they are interested in is your money.
Once they have got it, they do not want to know you.

A ottobre ho comperato uno smartphone umidigi tramite Amazon 5g bello e molto funzionale arrivato l'ho messo in funzione gracchiavan un po' l'audio chiamo Amazon mi consigliano di resettare il tel faccio reset e rimetto in funzione con grandi sacrifici passw. Ecc ecc tutto da riprogrammare sento lo stesso disturbo Amazon nn può fare nulla e ' un acquisto marketplace pertanto mi rivolgo direttamente alla umidigi i quali si sono presi in carico la sostituzione ho inviato il tel x il reso ho ricevuto il rimborso e anche le spese x l'invio insomma azienda seria e cortese .personale pronto a soddisfare il cliente .

I have owned 5 Umidigi phones now. My first was the Power 5, then a Bison, then an A10, Then a Bison GT2 pro, and now a G6 5G. I have loved every one of them, and the only problem I had was the 64 mp camera on the GT2 Pro failed to focus properly,so I replaced the camera. It works flawlessly now and has for the last 2 years.The G6 isn't as fast and the battery is not as good as the GT2 Pro, but it will stream to my hearing aids. I have never had an issue running any app I want to. I love it too. I have no complaints with Umidigi phones, and will likely buy another. The price/quality ratio is well worth it.

Bought a umidigi F3 pro 5g, lasted 4 months then blacked out wouldn't take a charge wouldn't reboot, or reset, luckily I bought via Amazon they refunded me the money I paid for it
DON'T BUY THIS BRAND OF PHONE

DON'T. I bought a UMIDIGI Bison Pro 4 months ago. It stopped working 1 month ago - wouldn't hold its charge, kept looping without booting up. Contacted Umidigi - support absolutely awful - slow and useless. No way of getting either a functioning phone or my money back. If I could give NO stars I would.

Angry with umidigi in regards to a phone I purchased from Amazon essentially not even lasting 2 months and the charging port randomly broke in the phone and it was just a $200 brick. I posted a bad review on the Amazon ad and umidigi replied offering to make it right all I had to do was send the phone back to them and they would refund me. I missed the part where they wanted the Canada Post tracking number and I lost the receipt but that shouldn't matter I sent it by xpress post to the exact address and to the exact person they told me to and I paid $29 to do it. They then tell me that they can't refund me because no tracking and so now I paid $189 for a bad phone and $29 for shipping. They have the phone and my money and I'm left with nothing.

I have a Umidigi bison x10 phone for a year now and it radomly restarts,it has this problem since the first day i bought it, it was bought from Aliexpress official Umidigi store. It is the worst phone i have ever bought.

I have had this phone, Umidigi Bison (2021), for 2 and a half years now, and it recently died out of nowhere. At first, I thought it was an Android issue, so I took it apart to reconnect the battery and remove the residual power, but without being able to get it to work. Tests here and there, in short, it has a problem on the main board, in just 2 and a half years, compared to having a Huawei running non-stop for almost 6 years and counting.
