Ultiself acts a scam- but complaints are taken up and reimbursed
Ultiself is a scam. There is NO service, but they ask all kind of card data and deduct without any start of service (as they provide no service)

Non ho mai attivato volontariamente un abbonamento né utilizzato il servizio.
Ho inviato più richieste al supporto per chiedere la cancellazione dell’abbonamento e il rimborso immediato, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Chiedo che il mio caso venga gestito con urgenza e che venga effettuato il rimborso completo, altrimenti procederò con segnalazione formale agli organi competenti e con richiesta di chargeback tramite la banca.
Attendo una risposta seria e risolutiva.

Inoltre cosa scandalosa è il loro "servizio clienti". Li ho contatti per l'errore, e dopo 3 giorni mi scrivono ma non per restituire i miei soldi ma hanno provato a mercanteggiare come al mercato: mi hanno offerto il 50% di rimborso e l'accesso "gratis" a vita a servizi di cui non ho bisogno. È un comportamento vergognoso e totalmente ai limiti della legalità.

Absolute scam - doesn’t do anything promised and they take unauthorized payments with no way of cancelling. Avoid at all costs - have emailed to get a refund of the money stolen but no reply. Have now had to block them as my bank have informed me that further attempts have been made to take more payments. Blatent theft!

Statene alla larga! Questa azienda utilizza strategie di marketing ingannevoli per spillare soldi dalle carte senza una chiara conferma. Mi sono ritrovata un addebito assurdo di 87,72 € per un abbonamento che non ho mai autorizzato consapevolmente.
La cosa più scandalosa è il loro "servizio clienti". Quando li contatti per l'errore, non ti restituiscono i tuoi soldi, ma provano a mercanteggiare come al mercato: ti offrono il 50% di rimborso e l'accesso "gratis" a vita a servizi di cui non hai bisogno. È un comportamento vergognoso e totalmente ai limiti della legalità.
Non si tratta di un'app per il miglioramento personale, ma di una trappola per il vostro portafoglio. Se provate a chiedere il rimborso integrale che vi spetta di diritto, iniziano a fare giri di parole per trattenere i vostri soldi.
PESSIMI. Ho già segnalato la transazione alla banca come frode e sporto denuncia alle autorità competenti. Voto: 0 stelle (se fosse possibile).
