I've recently purchased the ultimea x60.
Right from the start the opening experience was really great.
Premium look and feel.
Set up was a breeze.
Once I got to the sound I was absolutely amazed.
Dolby Atmos fantastic.
I've a Sonos surround system and I've packed it away for this
That says a lot to me.
I honestly don't know how ultimea can produce such great quality for the price.
Well done ultimea.

Target and ultimea did a marvelous job…
Target and ultimea did a marvelous job in getting my X70 7.1.4 dobu atmos surround sound system the me quickly and everything was great in the box also. Now as far as system as a prior nakamichi surround sound system owner which is top tier I have to say this untimea x70 system is a beast it has blown my expectation clean out of this world. I have been tickled pink with this sound system installing was an ease and sound quality really sounds like I'm at the movie theater. It's a must buy product.

I purchased a refurbished Poseidon D80
I purchased a refurbished Poseidon D80, the delivery was fairly quick but when I opened the box I was thoroughly shocked. The items were pretty much dumped inside the box, wrapped in used bits of wrapping. Everything inside the box reeked of being stored in place that has a combination of dampness and smoking. One of the speakers had a full on dent, lots of marks on the sound bar, individual speakers and subwoofer. Contacting the support is a major pain, they kept bouncing me from one support agent to another. They offered me $15 to keep it and said that it's been refurbished but it might show signs of use. I rejected that offer and I looked at the product to see if it actually works, the red aux slot on the subwoofer is actually blocked, which leads me to believe this has not been anywhere near a refurbishment facility. I asked what my replacement options are and whether they can guarantee the quality of the replacement and never got a straight answer to that so they said they are issuing a return label which should be generated in 24-48 hours, which is also puzzling. The whole experience is abysmal, I have not experienced purchasing a brand new product from them but based on all that, I would never recommend a refurbished product from this company.

Had to be wireless
When I researched for a new sound system my criteria was it had to be wireless. My previous system had miles
of wires to connect the 5.1 setup. The Skywave X40 was the least expensive truly wireless system I found. The sound is totally awesome and the BT adds to the wireless experience. Very glad with my purchase.

THE BEST HOME THEATRE SYSTEM YOU CAN WISH FOR...
If you are second thoughts / doubts of whether this product would be worth investing your money in....please ease yourself. I was in the same boat as you are in. But I did the leap of faith and went for a refurbished Skywave X70. Although the communication was quite slow from the customer service at first, they did eventually respond and said that the delay was due to a shortage in refurbished X70 in the UK waerhouse and hence offered me an upgrade to a brand new one for far less price than the original listed price as they wanted to take responsibility for the delay. Hence I only paid a small upgrade amount and voila....I got a brand new X70 Skywave. My GOD...I kid you not guys this product is the best buy I spent for myself in my life so far. The Bass is earth shaking. Voices are so crystal clear and all my friends are so impressed that they are so gutted for going for the expensive brands' top tier products like Bose, Samsung Q series etc., In their own words 'this product is delivering better sound output in all aspects compared to their ones'. So say no more, hands down best product out there right now at a fraction of the cost you would spend for the big brands.

Great product and support
I had a 15 year old insignia home theater system that was very outdated without any modern features like Bluetooth, ARC, eARC, or even USB input so I decided to get something a bit newer and went with the Ultimea Aura A60 system. At the $200 price point for what is essentially a plug and play system, this seemed like an easy budget option but I am honestly blown away at the sound quality and ease of installation of this system. For small speakers, this really has some incredible sound quality and I love the app support with a ton of equalizer options. I ended up having some questions regarding the app and they got back with me super quick and had some thorough answers for me as well.

Surround is awesome and way better than…
Surround is awesome and way better than most market systems out there. Only thing I have against it is the only being able to adjust bass and EQ settings can be more open with it and not limit the system on what it can do. I like more Bass in my music and love a deep thumb hitting hard and low.

I bought the Skywave 70. Everything set up perfectly. The only issue I had was I couldn’t get the subwoofer to come to the sound level I was expecting. But after contacting the tech team and after their help on ways to get the sound to what I was expecting, it works great !! This company stands behind their product and quick with their responses ! Great speaker system
The Poseidon D80 is only the second set of surround speakers I’ve gotten but they blew me away compared to the speakers I had before, great quality for surround and does a great job of not making too much noise outside of the room when wanted, also has great diversity so music and films both have their own great sound profiles.

I'm using an Apollo P40. It's simple, easy to use (trapeze, zoom) and with a TV Stick plugged in, you've got all what you "need" for the connexions...
It's quiet (of course not completely for the ventilation but you don't ear it during a projection) and clear ; very enjoyable with not too much light.

I was given a soundbar as a gift, but I had a problem with the remote control, and I wanted to get a replacement.
It's taken at least 2 weeks jo get this sorted, and that's because the Ultimea team can not be bothered to read the chat backlog to get an update on my issue. I have been passed over to so many agents and they keep asking me to show proof of purchase, which I keep showing them just because they cant be bothered to check logged chats from days before.
One min someone is saying i can get a replacement, and another saying i cant get a replacement. It's ridiculous how many people iv been passed over to resolve this issue.
Colin from customer support team had looked in to my case and was very sorry about the whole situation. Some of the customer service staff where new and didnt know how to handle my case professionally.
Colin got me a replacement remote control and all is working well.

Bester Sound zum kleinen Preis
Sehr gutes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis. Dolby Atmos Sound für so wenig Geld, da muss man woanders um einiges tiefer in die Tasche greifen! Zudem ein satter Bass und für Nachtschwärmer gibt es sogar einen Nachtmodus, damit man auch Nachts leise und dennoch verständlich Fernsehen kann. Die Lieferung erfolgte auch schnell und ohne Probleme. Ich kann Ultimea nur empfehlen!
