I have enjoyed using Ultimate tax and I…

I have enjoyed using Ultimate tax and I will be renewing my contract with them here in a few days. The support staff was very helpful when I needed direction or even had a not so important question they were always there to answer my needs. The only thing I did not like is the e-signature if you send an email and the client does not get it you can not delete it and they keep sending emails to the client. Need to come up with a different one for next year or I will be purchasing DocuSign.

This was my first year on my own using…

This was my first year on my own using my own software and Ultimate Tax was great! I got my reports instantly, and there were not any issues only human error which was myself! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to make my first year great. I can't wait for the start of the next tax seaon.

I have used Ultimate Tax software for…

I have used Ultimate Tax software for several years. It is the best tax software available. I have just renewed for 2022.
The support team is always there if you need them.
They will be my software as long as I am in the tax business.

I am a CPA and attorney and I have been using Intuit software for over 30 years. I recently purchased Ultimate Tax because the Intuit program was very expensive. It was a complete ripoff. The depreciation schedules are very difficult to use. I could not even complete the first tax return. They refused to refund my money.

Well this is unfortunate. We are a reputable company offering the same tax software since 2006. We have great customers. I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the software. I also see that we tried helping you a few different times. We have extended support and the ability to call us. We understand switching software can be a challenge, that is why we offer free trials of our software. We also have terms and conditions along with a refund policy written by professional attorneys. So as far as refusing to offer a refund. We have policies that we have to follow. Again that is why we offer the free trial of our prior year software.

Ultimate Tax is good company to go…

Ultimate Tax is good company to go with. I am a beginner Tax Professional. I used the PPR and the software is easy to use. They do have a chat for questions or for assistance. I love this feature. They are reasonably for the PPR in the competitive market. Everyone else is really high. You get a lot with their packages. I have no complaints about UT
