Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads Arvostelua

Great quality, great communication throughout the design process, so far through consistent use no problems have come up

Best of the best thank you

The quailty is great and the print is beautiful and clean. It was the perfect addition to my desktop.

Good service, fast delivery, great quality of the product.

PERFECT I love it!

Quick delivery, well printed, followed my dimension request, quality material. Can't complain.

My original order had some damage to the stitching when it arrived so I send an email to customer support and they send a replacement immediately! Great customer support.

Turned out perfect. Quality is top of the line. Very happy. Thank you.

The custom sized mouse mat I ordered from Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads exceeded my expectations all round.

Fantastic quality, rich colour and pin sharp print, and fits perfectly over the Wacom tablets as needed, just what I wanted and it arrived here in England extremely quickly.

Finding a good supplier is hard, having used other companies before and experienced disappointment with slow delivery and poor quality, I was searching for a company that could deliver the quality we require, and came across an old review of UCMP in a Facebook group and decided to try them after reading many great reviews on here too.

I am happy to say they are top quality. Jordan was extremely efficient too, being designers we supplied our own artwork to professional standards, a vector Adobe Illustrator file, set up for perfect production print and hoped the end product would be good, and it certainly was.

I have no hesitation in recommending UCMP and will be using them again very soon.

Buy with complete confidence, these guys know what they are doing and deliver a great finished product, promptly.

NB: I would always recommend the thickest size for a mouse mat so it is weighty and stays flat on a desk, so 4mm thick is what I recommend you should choose for mouse mats.

You guys are great. Really easy to set up a unique custom design and great pricing. Now trying to figure out who else in my life needs a new mouse pad!

Great experience, they contact you ask you to check if the picture is to your liking. Very good service

Exactly what I envisioned! Arrived on time! Quality craftsmanship, excellent communication! It won't be the last one I order I promise you that!!

Excellent product. Excellent communication. I am very pleased with this company and how my order turned out.

Literally the BEST quality and customer service ever! This is where I tell my friends to go when looking for a customized mousepad. Strongly suggest to go the thicker route too

Excellent, responsive and fast customer service. Perfec execution of the order. Fast shipping. High quality of the product.

while i appreciate the company reprinting my order after it got lost in the system; this seamed to happen twice within a 2 month period, i have since received my order but i feel like the delivery system used is not reliable and perhaps they should change it to just UPS as they have been proven to be reliable.
In conclusion, i am very happy with the product i received and am currently using it. Thank you Jordan for your Assistance.

I ordered the '120 x 60 cm - 4mm thick' variant from UCM's choices of custom deskmats. I am overall very satisfied!

Jordan from customer comms./support was very polite and allowed for conducive communication over the specifics of my design and deskmat-size requests. Once that planning was locked in, printing and shipping was so quick that mine arrived before the estimated shipping date! The deskmat perfectly covered the entire top of my new desk, with smoother feel, softer thickness, and equivalent (if not better) hybrid-glide to an Artisan mousepad I'm ditching!

I had only a few small issues... The deskmat arrived with creases and divots in the cloth. However, if yours arrives this way, do not fret - Careful dry-ironing on low to medium heat smooths everything right out! As well, it emanated this factory-rubber smell, which dissipated after a day of letting my room air-out.

Turned out awesome

Awesome product and support.
Better than expected.
