The main profile (ultahost.com) has 771 reviews, while the secondary profile (ultahost.io)—a domain that is essentially inactive—has 485 reviews.
Combined statistics from both profiles:

Impossible to cancel your subscription
The Ultahost.com company makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I rented a server for the game Enshrouded. When I no longer played the game I tried to cancel my subscription. I went through numerous hours without success. I was assured by them my account was cancelled only to be rebilled again and again.
Update: May I suggest that instead of an apology that you address the issue and institute and easy and straight forward way to cancel a subscription. Thank you.
