Ordered my tablets on the 3rd June and it's how'd the 11th and my dogs prescription has still not been dispatched. He has been off his medication now for 5 days. This is unacceptable as the company takes your payment and doesn't deliver the medication on time. I wouldn't order from them again and won't recommend them to anybody else.

This company have no customer service what so ever don't waste your time contacting them they will just not answer. Ordered on the 2nd Feb they stated on there web it was delivered on the 6th it was not royali mail tracking stated they did not have parcel so I contacted them but no reply. Why did it take you a week to post?
Lazy company will never use again

I have used UK Pet Drugs for over a year now and think this is one of the most responsive and prompt services I have had. My cat needs unusual drugs, very expensive through the vet, and needed every 3 months. Sometimes out of stock. They respond immediately to emails and let me know immediately back in. Any queries dealt with speedily and when dispatched, delivery is always fast. This means I never need to use anyone else. Honestly great as my cat would deteriorate if there were gaps in medication. Such attentive customer service! And very reliable.

I ordered 2 products for my cats but I received only one of them I called 3 times, but still did not received my item. Its one month since then

What an amazing company, especially the advisors on the telephone, smart, articulate, professional and courteous, actually know what they are talking about. This company has to be the best(and overall) the cheapest and fastest I've used. I think that as its a family run company the overall ethics and customer service are far higher. I highly recommend this company.

ordered promax on monday 4july paid for next day delivery by 1pm next day still waiting called for refund they gave me refund for the delivery but will not get refund for the item still the get them back i didnt get item so now its in the hands off credit card providor

I bought tablets for my dog from UK Pet Drugs and in the main it was easy and efficient.

My first order was declined because I ordered more tablets than were shown on the prescription - fair enough, and the second time I ordered the correct amount of drugs the order was accepted.

Pdfs of my prescriptions were accepted online as part of the ordering service (so I don't understand the previous reviewers problem about needing to send hard copies of the prescription).

The order was delivered two days later, no problem.

So from my experience, I can recommend UK Pet Drugs.

Took my money then demanded the paper prescription from the vet despite no other company having done this before. Tried to call but after being on hold 20 minutes gave up. Going to my bank to get my money back instead as i don't trust this company is legit at all as who doesn't answer their phone!!

Super fast delivery.
I've tried several online pet prescription medicine websites. It normally takes a week at least no matter what the websites claimed. This website offers Royal Mail special delivery by 9pm the next day if the order is placed by 3pm, and it works really well. I received my parcel before 10am next morning. The postage is £5.99, but it's still much cheaper than I buy from local vet directly. I'm hoping that the website would not get much slower like others' after becoming popular. But it's good to we have a quicker choice for online medicine now.

I am writing this because I struggled to find any reviews when I was looking and was worried they were dodgy.
I needed to buy a 180ml bottle of metacam for my old Labrador , at the moment (2021) it is SO hard to find , it really is like gold dust . I found some on this site but struggled to find reviews , so went on gov.uk and found them as accredited , so bought some. I went through the process and uploaded his prescription, and his meds arrived within days. I was able to track the whole process on their website and updates were provided. I would recommend using them.
