Customer services were pretty good to deal with, but were told that if we ordered by Friday, items would be delivered Tuesday. This did not happen, it was another few days after this.
Product itself is good, looks quite well made.

A very long lead time with no explanations until after 3 weeks I called them. Good product once it finally turned up.

Custom Cover for a 2016 VW T6 Caravelle arrived on time and fits really well. Easy to fit and provides a decent amount of 'blackout'.

Honda S2000 roof stand. Poor quality chipped product, with even worse after sales 'service.' Once they have your money, they don't care. Go elsewhere.

The laser dinghy boat cover I purchased lasted for 16 months. The material faded and rotted and the wind blew a big hole in the cover. Custom covers were not interested in helping, said it was out of warranty so tuff.

Fits very well and is well made

I ordered some leather style covers for my Transit Custom. They arrived promptly, and I fitted them with no problems, until I got to the driver's seat (seat part only, not back piece).
It turned out that the wrong seat cover had been put in with the other items.
Unfortunately, I managed to tear it, whilst trying to fit it.
I contacted the company, who asked for a photo of the identification label under the cover so they could check if it was the right one.
They then promptly sent me the correct replacement, which fitted perfectly.
I'm really happy with the covers, as they look great in the vehicle, and seem really well made.

Did my research on the Type of Screen cover required for my Citreon Relay Camper, put in Reg number to double check and yes "Bingo" it will fit your van, Great purchased the Luxury "CUSTOM" cover and to find out it doesn't fit, after numerous emails, Photos and confirmation i dont have Blinds, Window deflectors or a Pop Top, a reply from customer service, "Sorry our Van is different to yours", we modeled it on, even though it was stated it Fits, and to add insult to injury they said, sorry we can't
help you as we don't
have a cover to fit you vehicle, even though they even advertise a vehicle with a photo on their website with the same size doors as mine, absolute waste of £31. They need to change their advertising, Advise Amazon or change the photos on their website, as its a complete mistruth, they tell you 1 thing, then say another thing ,even though they state it
would fit. Just wrong on every level 😕

Very nice product

Awful ! Got the new covers for my band new shape transit custom and they just don’t fit ! No help from customer service they just want photos so they and try and develop them , they should have done this before they tried selling a product not fit for purpose.

Seat covers ordered and delivered next day and easy to fit

I had to wait over a month for my seat covers as they weren’t in stock! It would be helpful if you let customers know when ordering if the items are in stock or not before paying for them. Covers were very hard to fit but once on look and feel great.
