E Class Boot liner
The overall fit of the boot liner is okay, however there is Velcro on the outer sides, which I assumed would anchor itself to the boot carpets, but this isn't happening, meaning that the liner tends to fold in on itself.

Flat unshaped piece of tarp sewn inside out with 1 clip broken and 3 battery terminal clips to try make it fit. Should be sewn shaped at sides with better attatchments .....but it isn't

I just want to say thank you for the great service recently received.
I have purchased a few items from your company and have always been pleased with the quality. Recently I couldn’t find the product I wanted, (via your company store on eBay), so had to use another seller.
The competitors product simply wasn’t as good as yours, so I returned it, and decided to see if ringing your company direct would yield a different result.
Your customer service lady was brilliant; a more polite and helpful person I could not have asked for; she went the extra mile, talking to people is stores and physically checked stock herself; she then rang me back, (twice), and within 48 hrs. the item was sourced and dispatched.

BMW 520 tourer boot liner.
Ordered the covers through Amazon and was told 5 days for delivery and they arrived two days after ordering, installed my boot liner following the instructions within 30 minutes and it fits perfectly and is made from good robust material! Will go to UK custom covers for all my covers going forward after this, can’t rate them highly enough. The only issue I had was I ran out of Velcro so I couldn’t fit the tail cover but I may have cut the tabs too big.
