Everything is as advertised and of good quality.

Bought led car lights for fraction of price that they are in UK. All good, very bright. Don't know how long they will last, but the same could be said if I had bought them in the UK. Delivery took around 10 days to arrive. All in all, very happy with my purchase 🙂

Never heard of ViceDeal before but they popped up when I was searching for a "difficult to find" replacement for a small cupboard light. Price was great and delivered within a week. Product was well packaged and exactly as described. Very happy and will use again for sure.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've been waiting over a month for some saxophone reeds that I ordered.
Just received a second notification to say there is problem ("things get lost"). Never again will I go anywhere near this company - they are truly useless and incompetent and probably liars.

I ordered a machine part which I was finding hard to find anywhere else. The description of the part by the seller and price offered was very competitive. At first I was reluctant as was concerned with the delivery time but decided to try it out. The part arrived in a week and it was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and needed. And the quality just as good, if not better, than any other I could purchase. Sure to be using Vicedeal again a more often from now on. A very pleasant surprise and one I recommend anyone to try.

I'm very unhappy I think items should be made better quality than cheep looking goods ...

I ordered 3 x 8gb 3.0 usb flash drives for a very reasonable price. The order was quickly acknowledged and I was advised that delivery may be slightly longer than normal. However, the actual delivery time was achieved in a perfectly acceptable time. I have waited longer for delivery from Manchester - 12 miles away. The quality of the item is excellent, used for music storage and delivering quality reproduction.

I had done my research to find the correct adapter for travel to China. With this company it was easy to understand and place my order. I was kept informed all the way to delivery. Priced right and came quickly no issues only thought is that packaging could have been a bit more substantial as the courier jammed it in my letter box.

Seems to be some fraud within this company as they offer free postage but they charge postage......also I have have been trying to return two extremely overpriced bottle caps that got sent via mistake I have a rude operative basically saying take their offer or I have to return at my cost to Hong Kong......... not only are they marking up products over 200% of the unit cost this is after their advertised discount wow ........ They are selling Ali express products for 10X the original cost.

I placed a order and what I received didn't match what I ordered......I have requested a refund/ discrepancy and someone will contact me in 48 hours I have now been waiting almost 6 days and no one has contacted me.
I bought co2 caps with regulator I received the caps ( I can buy from eBay 10 for £8 without regulator) I paid £18. I have sent 2 messages awaiting for someone to respond

Yes you have made several offers but as stated I will still be out of pocket as all the products have a 200% mark up compared to other sites what I ordered and what I received don't match I have managed to find and buy the complete co2 kit for just under £18 .... What you sent me was 2 bottle caps worth just under £2 but you sold to me for £17 I just can't afford your discount offers as said previously I'll still be out of pocket with vicedeal as I can now see your reaching out to wealthy people unfortunately I'm not cash rich so please don't keep sending me offers please I just want to return the items and get a refund....... believe me I have searched through the site for other items just to keep it simple but they are priced way too high and the 50% refund offer I think might have been a joke so no more offers please I'll return and just refund please........I know I sound like a broken record but I'll return and refund please
