Great experience
Great experience - ordered the item then found out that somewhere along the way the parcel got lost in transit but was happy to wait for the item to be resent out - received the item and was very happy with it and thankful that vicedeal got in touch and told me what was going on - it’s made me think and put a lot of trust into them.

Awful. It masquerades as a UK company, but products come from China and take an age, or in my case, not at all - but they do not accept any accountability, resend or refund. Avoid like the plague.

Shoddy product
The product I ordered was NOT what I received. I already own a PediVac and the one I bought from you was a cheap replica, didn’t even have the name on the product which was shown on my confirmation. Packaging was torn open so not even sure if spare parts were missing or if you don’t even supply them. Not be buying from you again
