Uk Printframeco Arvostelua 

Wanted to give zero stars, but there wasn't an option. I ordered and paid for something back in May and I am yet to receive it. I have emailed, and messaged them non stop and have had a reply saying they would send it out, but still haven't got it.
Having to chase them is ridiculous, appaling customer experience, especially when there are several competitors.

Where do I begin with this company? My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I ordered a personalised mount and provided detailed artwork along with clear instructions regarding the colour, font, and sizing requirements.

Before production, I was sent a proof for approval. The proof was exactly what I had requested, so I approved it in good faith. However, when the finished product arrived, it did not match the approved artwork. The name was omitted entirely, and the mount was larger than specified, despite me providing a copy of the exact photograph it was intended to accompany.

What followed was equally frustrating. When I raised a complaint, my messages were largely ignored. After eventually receiving a response, I was told a replacement would be sent, but by that point my confidence in the company had been lost. I requested a refund instead, and that request was also ignored until I informed them that I would be initiating a chargeback through my bank.

Although I ultimately received a refund, it took a total of 15 emails from my initial enquiry to the final resolution. No customer should have to invest that amount of time and effort simply to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place.

I am awarding 1 star only because there is no option to give zero. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere

Would give 0 if I could. Submitted my order a month ago and still not received. Ordered twice and contacted to cancel one and to check on where my order is as estimated 9 days…. Still no reply and no refund and no product. Emailed again and no contact. Absolutely hopeless. Terrible service

The frame arrived damaged so the print has becomes useless. We waited two weeks for the order to be fulfilled. Very bad customer experience. No phone number to complain. Do not recommend.

Its a scam, i never recived my order and they wont reply to emails. If you purchase, use Amex so you can get your money back.

I would give this 0* if I could. I ordered a personalised map print for a gift on the 2nd June and Print Frame Co printed a map of the wrong location (london instead of where I actually live!).

I raised the problem with them in early July. After considerable delay in responding, they agreed to provide a replacement print, which I accepted as a reasonable solution.

Despite repeatedly chasing them, I have still not received the replacement or any meaningful update. By the end of August, nearly two months after I first raised the issue, the occasion for which the gift was intended had passed.

I have therefore asked for a full refund of the £45 I paid.

I have not heard anything back from them since this.

Mistakes can happen, but they should just have printed a picture of my actual location not central london. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

I was expecting a quality print at £35, however that does not appear to be what was received.
The print was matt (there were no options that I could see available), there was no protection on the print itself so any tiny mark shows up, there are numerous blemishes and scratches across it (really visible on a black background) and on opening it, the sellotape touched the surface and there is no way to remove the residue other than to ruin the print.

I really do not think this image is worth paying £35 for, at the very least a protective coating should have been applied to such a clearly delicate surface.

The print was also ordered with a 2mm white frame which was also not present.

I have email numerous times and never had a reply, have also tried their online chat, but they are always offline.

I ordered a collage print, unfortunatley it was received with a damaged frame, the perspex was scratched, the matt board was overcut on the corners, some of the lugs on the back of the frame were not pushed down. The print was not secured properly to the back of the matt board, so the print had slipped out of place. I had to purchase a new frame and matt board as I purchased it for a gift.
I did contact them and they have given me a partial refund.

I absolutely cannot stand companies like this. They're quick to take your money but when it's time to provide you with the product, they go missing. Placed an order two weeks ago and have had zero updates and communication is non-existent. They don't respond to emails or any other communication. I wish I checked their reviews before the purchase, this would have saved me time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avoid this company. They shipped the wrong print and didn’t send out the right one. I tried to organise returning the photo but they didn’t reply to emails - had to escalate with my bank.

Was initially concerned as email communication was poor (no predicted delivery date) and mock-up was really out of focus. Ultimately delivered a good product exactly to spec for a good price. Online chat was very useful in providing updates

AVOID! might be a scam company, nearly 4 weeks have gone and still not received anything, have tried to contact them but get no reply. Will have to contact my credit card company to see if I can get a refund. DO NOT USE THEM

I have just had a great experience with the company. I ordered 3 captioned photo frames and Tom the guy on the chat room was very quick to respond with how I could increase the caption font size and was super helpful. This was the only company I could find where I could caption a photo underneath and get it framed at a reasonable price and I was super impressed. The frame is really good quality and I will definitely use again. I ordered on the Monday and it arrived 2 days later! Thank you!

My purchase was the print; the frame was secondary! The print was of the night sky at the time/place of my grandchild's birth. I had bought a similar framed print some years ago for another grandschild and was delighted with it. The reviews in 2025 were variable and I was not even sure that the company was still in business. It is and "Tom" was very helpful in the chat when I contacted the co. I am very pleased with this print and the frame which were delivered by the date I needed it.
When I attempted to submit this review in response to an email request for a review from the company it was not sent and my browser queried whether the email request was scam.

AVOID! may as well be a scam company selling terrible quality prints, my printer would have done a better job! 2 weeks to dispatch, had to chase it, no response to any communication or complaints, personalisation was wrong, DO NOT USE THEM

I haven't yet received my print and frame but I've never had such a fantastic experience via their online chat. For one thing, it was a real person (!) and Tom went out of his way to help. Offering his advice, speaking with their designer to confirm my image was clear enough and he sent me a custom link for the perfect frame and print size. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had with an online chat.
Crossing my fingers for smooth delivery and good quality image and frame - but regardless, I'll be recommending Print Frame Co.

Star Map Personalised Print - I was hoping for more detail on the print as shown on one of their images. No planets shown or named, I presume the Sun is top right but hardly noticeable. With birth date & time provided I hoped at least the sun if no other planets be visible as it would have been for the details provided.

AVOID. A month has gone and still nothing. No longer responding. Trying to now get a refund from card issuer

Didn't get my order. They won't respond to me.
