Uk Magicstyler Arvostelua

I really appreciate the customer service! My original hair dryer had a defect and they sent me a new one and it’s a better design. Love this so much - best hair dryer I’ve ever used.

Is very good and for the money

Brilliant customer support the anftercare is anmazing and I love the styler! Highly recommended.

5 star for magic styler! I had mine for a year and used it regularly, absolutely loved it. Until it broke, I reached out to magic styler and they immediately have sent me out a new one, very pleased with this brand and their customer service. Would highly recommend

Processed my warranty without question and got my replacement in no time!

The company were brilliant at staying in touch and replaced a faulty product quickly and efficiently. Thank you for taking good care of your customers that's one way of keeping us loyal and purchasing from you.

This is the second magic styler that I have bought. For a knock-off product it is fantastic! It completely revolutionised my hair routine. My thin, blonde hair went from chronically damaged using a curling iron to thick, full, long, and voluminous after a year of using this tool - and, my curls are twice as bouncy. Highly recommend for an affordable alternative to the air wrap!!

Excellent customer service and after sales support.

Hi,

This company really helped me when I had ordered the magic styler for my mother as a gift. However, it went faulty and the company were more than applicable to help me and offer a new one in replacement. They were very kind and quick to respond and would recommend to everyone and great service!

Avoid at all costs!

The magic styler is awful, very low quality
Does not dry hair quickly, flimsy attachments and definitely nowhere near a dupe at all.

Frustrating return policy - they only offer returns on unopened unused products.
And they add an 8% handling fee which is against the law but they won’t budge on this.

Don’t waste your money on this terrible product.

Oggetto funzionante, tutti gli accessori eccellenti, fa la piega meglio del parrucchiere, legggero e silenzioso

Fast and efficient response from customer services, absolutely love the product so was devastated when it stopped working - issue resolved and replacement shipped within 48hrs.

Great customer service after my Airstyler had broken, full free replacement no fuss and done very quickly

I bought a MagicStyler in december 2024 , worked fabulous, but after 8months it suddenly stopped.
I contacted Customer service 1st October 2025 . They replied very quickly and requested pictures and a short video of the issue.
After sending this, they apologised for fault with the item and sent me a replacement.
Today I received a new MagicStyler.
I can not fault the service from start to finish.

Great look and works just right

This product is great value for money and does what it is supposed to do

Very helpful, solved my issue is no time.
Thank you

Do not buy this product. It’s basically blows air but does not style your hair. It’s €63 for air at a low heat .
It’s impossible to curl your hair with this too. The attachments are plastic.

Amazing service, amazing product. Thank you

I am amazed by the power and efficiancy. The easiest and fastest stiling ever, love it. And the size allows me to carry it with me on trips. And shipping was fast also. Do recommend.
