The sizes were not as described
The sizes were not as described. Too much hassle to change as company doesn't allow for items to be taken to shops, but has to be done through post. Wouldn't have ordered items if I knew I can't return or exchange at shops. You have to pay for postage to return items. Won't ever order from this place again.

Poor customer support service
I have all the email screen shots that I have sent multiple times, and also did the calls multiple times but no one pickup the call. I recently three ordered full shalwar and kameez and it shows in the picture full shalwar and kameez, and again I receive only kameez. This is very frustrating and disappointed for me. Very poor customer support.

Overall, I was happy with my purchase. I had ordered a blue velvet suit for £78.59. However when my family ordered some more clothes from the site the colours were different aswell as the sizes were wrong
