I had a great experience booking my plane ticket at a decent price, choosing the airline I wanted and great times that I wanted (to travel throughout the night) However as I needed to go back to book the exact same flights for my sister, I was shocked it went up by around £13 in a matter of couple of minutes. Such a shame I couldn't book 2 seats and charge 2 different credit cards!

The booking process was easy however I found the up selling really got in the way of the process

Booking been changed without my consent, upon enquiry GOTOGATE ask me to speak with airline, the airline offer to change free of cost but through GOTOGATE but these people were asking more money and at the end no positive response, customer service was really pathetic, rude and unprofessional.
