Badly sized products with none existent customer service.

Ordered uk size 16 but far to small. Was exchanged for next size up. Still far to small. Tried to return but was unable to because item came up as none returnable. Sent Email through customer services for help but had no reply. Now stuck with an overpriced and extremely badly sized dress that I can not wear. Very disappointed.

Sizing Issue: We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. Our products may run slightly smaller or larger depending on the style or cut. We always provide detailed size guides to help customers choose the best fit, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Exchanged Items: We would like to clarify that the items in your order have already been exchanged for a different size, which is why our standard policy does not allow further returns or exchanges.

Customer Service: In addition, we promise to respond to every request from our customers within 24 hours, and we are committed to acting in this way. We have double-checked our system and could not find any request from you. Meanwhile, our customer service email is customercare@cupshe.com. May we confirm if you sent your request to that email?

Excellent service

Excellent service, amazing swim wear for everyone. Great selection for anyone that has a bigger bust. I’ve given UK Cupshe a 5 ⭐️ and would happily recommend

Good quality and reliable

Easy to use website. Have ordered a couple of times now. They do longer length swimsuits many other clothing companies don’t do.
Great quality and quick delivery.

Long shipping but lovely bikini

Shipping took a while but otherwise a good experience. I didn’t end up keeping the bikini, but returning was quick and easy on the app. The bikini was so nice but didn’t fit me right unfortunately.

Good customer service response

There was an issue with the package being delivered to the house but it was responded to quickly and a refund offered - of which there was no need as the package showed up. The swimwear is great!

Fabulous Holiday Dresses

Ordered some really nice dresses for my holiday at a good price. They don’t have next day delivery so you do need to be organised, but the quality and presentation of goods is excellent. Really easy to return if needed: I would say true to size with what I ordered.
