Wish I had seen the reviews here before buying
After looking at the size charts and going by what size I wear in other clothing, I ordered a UK size 8. I ordered them on the 29th March and it wasn’t shipped until 16th April and I finally received the parcel on 25th April. When I tried them on they were so tiny I could barely get them up past my thighs. Also, the material feels very cheap and uncomfortable. It says online that the main body is 95% cotton and 5% spandex but I have a very hard time believing that. It feels very synthetic. Also, I was told that I’d get a free waterproof storage bag with my purchase but this turned out to be a bag that most garments come in when you order online (think of the bags that clothing comes in when you order from ASOS, Shein, BooHoo, etc.). It also had holes in it so definitely not waterproof.
I contacted customer service about returning the underwear as they clearly state on their website that there is a 30-day try on period. Just to prove a point see excerpts taken from their website regarding this:
“Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.”
“You can try on our panties free of charge for 30 days* (from the date of receipt of your panties (postmark as proof) of our panties. Only one pair of panties should be used.”
I sent multiple emails and they conveniently ignored me. I sent my first email on the day I received the parcel- 25th April. Worrying that I was going to miss the 30-day period I sent the parcel back. I had thankfully kept the original packaging and was able to send it to the return address stated on there.
I finally got a response on 17th May whereby they apologized for the delay because there was a “technical problem.” Seems to me like they just want to ignore return requests until the 30-day time period has elapsed. In the reply, I was told the following even though this was never stated on their website:
“Step 1, if you show us tangible proof by photos that the panties are still sealed then we will proceed to validate a return.”
“Step 2, you will have to wait for our product packaging expert to verify that the product has not been opened to allow you to refund the product.”
Firstly, the product never came sealed. As mentioned before, it came in their flimsy, sorry excuse for a waterproof bag that had holes in it. How can I prove it was sealed when it wasn’t to begin with? Secondly, their website clearly states that there is a 30-day try on period. How can I possibly try on the underwear without opening it?
I have now sent 2 follow up emails relaying this info and asking these questions but they seem to be having more “technical problems” as I have not gotten a reply. I’m very doubtful that I’ll get my money back and even if I do, my star rating will not change.
The kicker? They seem to only display 4+ star reviews on their website. I submitted a 1-star review and it is nowhere to be seen. Very manipulative as it was the reviews on the website that made me decide to make the purchase. As the title mentions, I really wish I had seen the reviews here before ordering. I hope that this review helps other people not buy from this horrible company.
If you want good-quality period underwear with companies that offer great customer service and stand behind their products, I would suggest WUKA or Thinx. Had nothing but good experiences with them.
Disappointed and annoyed
Ordered on April 1st. Received May 6th. Was supposed to get a free storage bag which didn't arrive with the other two items. Don't offer a freebie if you're unable to provide said freebie. A month to arrive is a ridiculously long wait.
Product is absolute rubbish
Product is absolute rubbish, kind of like nappy bikini bottoms, I now want to return and the 3 email addresses I can find keep bouncing back, if anyone has any contact details that would be great but feel like I’m wasting my time
Refunds and exchanges refused.
I ordered the incorrect size - this I accept is entirely my fault. However, Blinx refused to allow an exchange unless I could provide photographic evidence that the pants were 'still sealed' which is impossible as they were not 'sealed' when I received them.
A very disappointing experience.

Item took nearly a full month to be shipped (Blinx's fault- not Royal Mail), and customer service never responded to my email inquiring when they would be shipped after two weeks had elapsed without communication.
Panties are not as advertised. Purchased "Diana" and the fabric is SUPPOSED to be:
"Main Body 95% cotton 5% spandex
Gusset Top Layer (Moisture Wicking + Anti-Odor): 85% nylon, 15% elastane
Gusset 2nd Layer (Absorbent Fabric): 100% cotton
Gusset 3rd Layer (Hydrophilic + Waterproof): 100% cotton
Gusset 4th Layer (Waterproof Membrane): TPU
Free from PFAS and other chemical treatments."
Panties have inner layer that is cotton but the outside fabric that is visible is a shiny nasty synthetic (tag clearly reads: Body: 88% nylon, 12% elastane).
Given the content of their "Return policy" page, and the lack of response from customer service, I suspect there is next to no point in attempting to ask for a refund.
Don't be tempted by their sale prices- just shop elsewhere.

Ive read some comments on Instagram and I've got worried I'll never receive my products. I got my period pants bundle within 10 days of the items being dispached. Thank you. The underwear is very comfortable and true to the UK size. I am usually size 8-10, and the underwear are definitely size 8. Let's see how they work 😄
Also, once i emailed them requesting the details when i can expect to recive the products, they replied with 1-2 days.

I placed an order then checked the reviews straight after 🤦🏼♀️. I panicked based on the bad reviews and tried to cancel my order. There was no cancel option online so I sent an email, doubting it would be actioned! I had a reply 24 hours later to advise they'd cancelled the order, and my money was returned within 72 hrs. Can't comment on the product, but customer service was great!

My partner ordered from this company two months ago. No item ever arrived nor did they issue a refund however they have been ignoring requests to get her money back. Already filed a complain with the citizens advice bureau for business malpractice.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. After double-checking the return policy and seeing the amazing 'try on free for 30 days', I thought I would purchase Blinx underwear. Both my friend and I decided to buy our underwear a size up in case they ran small and purchased four pants for the price of three.
They arrived within a few weeks, which was great, unfortunately, that is where the greatness ends! The pants were absolutely tiny (my friend had the same issue) which isn't a problem because I can just return them...right?
No, of course, you cannot return them, even though their website states in multiple places that they offer a 30 day try on period. I spent over a month battling with the company, who refused to give me a full refund or let me return them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal and they issued me a full refund. My friend paid with her debit card and was not so lucky.

Like a previous reviewer, very poor customer service following an effortless purchase experience. No items delivered, no contact to give estimated delivery, no follow up contact when I’ve written to them to chase up my order, impossible to get money back. Plenty of time has been allowed for.
