I ordered two bundles of 3 panties in two different sizes to find out what size fits best.
I didn’t like the quality and none of the sizes fits well so I asked for a return. BLINX refuses the return and simply doesnt answer my mails anymore.
This company is 100% untrustworthy!!

Livraison un peu lente mais des mails étaient envoyés pour prévenir.
J'ai commandé 2 lots de différentes taille ; à la réception mes filles les essayent ( en gardant bien leur sous vêtement bien entendu, car nous sommes sur des sous vêtements), une taille ne convient pas.
J'envoie de suite un mail en demandant la procédure pour renvoyer un lot et faire un échange de taille.
J'ai envoyé le mail attestant de la date de la livraison du colis, ainsi que la date d’envoi de mon mail + 2 photos des culottes dans leur emballage. Colis reçu le 2/09 , mail envoyé le 2/09.
Réponse de Blinx " sur les conditions de générales, il est écrit qu'il est possible de se rétracter sous condition.

Seuls les colis sous scellés, non ouverts son échangés ou remboursés.

Les culottes menstruelles font parie de la catégorie hygiène et la loi encadrant ce domaine d'activité nous interdit strictement les recycler ou de les reconditionner."

Vous avez donc compris, il est impossible de renvoyer quoi que ce soit sauf si vous n'avez pas ouvert votre colis !!!! Mais qui reçoit un colis et ne l'ouvre pas ???

Soyez donc sur de votre taille mesdames !

Commande d'un maillot de bain passée début août pour ma fille, le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé au moment de notre départ en vacances 15 jours après. Le colis est finalement arrivé le 23 août, un peu tard. Résultat le maillot de bain menstruel est beaucoup trop petit, je les contact pour qu'il m'envoie leur adresse de retour, pas de réponse. Ils sont malins ils font exprès de ne pas répondre et le délai de retour est dépassé. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site.

I ordered a bundle of 3 pairs after seeing an ad on Facebook, then feared the worst after reading the reviews on here. But, they arrived a few days after I had ordered them, and they’re actually ok. True to size. They’re not as absorbent as the main brands of period underwear on the market, but I find them good for the light flow days and overnights. They are a strange swimsuit-y feeling material and the absorbent core extends all the way up the back which is unusual. I’ve washed them all a few times now and they seem to be holding up well. They’re so much cheaper than other brands so it’s not a surprise that they aren’t as high quality.

Aber das schlimmste: Das Produkt ist richtiger Schrott und absolut minderwertig!

Les culottes sont très biens quand on arrive à les recevoir...
1ere commande passée chez eux il aura fallu plus d'un mois et demi pour les recevoir alors qu'ils annoncent des délais de 3 à 7 jours ouvrés...
2e commande passée il y a 15j toujours pas de nouvelle et le SAV ne répond pas bien évidemment... par contre ils débitent sur votre compte à la minute même où vous avez commandés...

Les culottes sont belles, 0 fuite mais la livraison et le SAV... no comment! A croire qu'il faut être une influenceuse pour recevoir les culottes dans les temps et avoir une réponse du SAV

Their website defaults to size 8, as I placed my order using my phone, something must flipped and accidently received size 8 panties - way too small. Contacted them immediately when the order arrived to be first completely ignored and then point blankly refused exchange/return. Their policy in the first paragraph states that the returns are accepted up to 30 days, in the second paragraph it states no returns - I pointed it out and they referred me to the second paragraph!

commandé le 15 juillet , toujours rien reçu, ne repond à aucun mail ... si paypal n'etait pas proposé pour le paiement , je n'aurais jamais commandé, j'attends maintenant que Paypal me rembourse car je sais que je ne recevrai rien..... EVITEZ CE SITE C'EST UNE ARNAQUE!

Keine Ahnung was alle Leute haben, aber bei mir war alles einwandfrei! Bei einem Sale eingekauft, PayPal gezahlt, ein zwei Wochen später war es da! Tolle Qualität, super bequem... Bin mehr als zufrieden. Kauf sicher dort wieder.

Refused to honour order cancellation and ignored all emails. Ended up having to refuse the delivery (when it eventually arrived anyway...) and ask my card company to refund me. They break UK distance selling laws in about 5 different ways and don't seem to care. Some digging also appears to suggest the ltd company is at risk of being struck off, and other companies owned by the same company director recently were all struck off in the same way.

I still haven't had any reply to any of my previous emails either.

Can't comment on the quality of the product as I never opened the package, but as far as ordering from them goes I'd run a mile.

Ich rate dringend davon ab diese Unterhosen zu bestellen, da auch im Originalzustand nicht zurück zu senden.

I didn't get my package. 1 month ago I wrote a mail. No reply til now. Horrible customer service. No underwear and still didn't get my Money Back!

Edit: 2 months later still ni reply. They even deactiveded their comments in Instagram.

Why didn’t I check here before ordering!?!

Urgh, these are uncomfortable, cheap shiny material and fit really weirdly, the pad part is thick and all the way up the back feeling like a nappy! They took ages to arrive and one pair even has a hole in them, looks like it’s just been shipped in the middle with scissors!

Do not buy from this company .
I dread to think what I am going to receive after reading these reviews but, I cancelled my order five minutes after making it .
I have sent six emails stating from five minutes after completing the order , the day after and the day after that I wished to cancel the order .
They have ignored every single email and I have just received a dispatch email .
I have emailed them AGAIN asking them why they have dispatched an order I clearly wished to cancel .
DO NOT ORDER.
Their reviews on Instagram aren’t curated and they switch off the comments for a reason .
Four stars on insta , two on here and only because someone gave a five star review for getting a refund .

This was my first experience with period underwear and the worst. First of all it took ages to get my order. Costumer service just answered when I opened a case on PayPal. Before they just ignored every email of mine. I checked Instagram and saw hundreds of scam complaints. In the end I got my delivery. Now to the pants:
They are running small, very stiff sewing, cutting into the skin. I have still a scar on my thighs from wearing them overnight 4 weeks ago. Very thick Fabrik. It feels like a diaper. But as it was my first order I thought this is how period underwear should be. Nope! Two days ago I went to Uniqlo and got myself their period underwear and omg they are comfortable. So thin, and soft. … so no, period underwear can be so nice. Just not the ones from blinx :(
If you buy cheap you get what paid for: Poor quality and poor customer service. So sad

The Diana pants are a really weird shape, huge at the back and tiny at the front. Even without trying them on I could tell they wouldn't fit well so I asked to return them. French law says you can't return pants, even unworn. I now have three useless expensive pants. :(

Scam! Beware. This is not a proper company, but a one-man job of an "enterpreneur" called Matthieu Feuille.
He likely buys the cheapest panties on Aliexpress or such and resells then at a ridiculous price.
After receiving zero response, I requested refund over PayPal and received the name of this guy and an address in Bulgaria. Of course, I am to pay the return shipping!
1) panties take weeks to arrive
2) the quality is very poor. The material is NOT cotton as stated on the website.
3) no customer support. No one ever replies to your email. No chance of getting a refund.

Took over a month to arrive, the tracking number they provided did not provide any information about where my parcel was. I tried to contact them via two emails about where my package was, one bounced straight back as not a bald email despite it being listed at the bottom of my order confirmation email and the other had no response. I have the pants now and they seem to work, but wouldn’t buy from them again because of the none existent customer service
