Like other reviewers have mentioned, AuraLink UK (hearix) seem to know all the tricks to put illegal and non-working goods on the UK market. 

We ordered an air conditioner in the heatwave and tried to cancel it within a few hours as when we reviews the website we realised this was little more than a scam site. They refused to cancel saying was already shipped. When it arrived, it had no certification markings at all - which is scary for an air conditioner full of propane being flown on a plane! They have refused to provide a return address and keep offering stupidly discounts. 

I have applied for a credit card chargeback and a Section 75 claim and have been told that unless I can prove it is faulty then they won’t pay. I understand it is illegal to sell or use an appliance without identifying markings so I am I a quandary. My only option now is to pay to get it tested by an independent tester. 

AuraLink UK is operating as a typical drop-ship scammer by hiding their true identity, making outlandish claims in their website, using AI service agents to ignore any questions and not enabling returns. 

Let’s all try to stop AuraLink UK selling these goods on the UK market.

Purchased an air conditioner unit 14th July 26. The item does not cool the air at all. I requested a return address and full rebate as promised on their website. They would not provide an address and to date has offered me 38% discount because of the faulty air conditioning unit. Ihave taken this up with my credit card company who have refunded the value of my purchase.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT use or order anything from them. Ordered air con unit and received a hoover but looking at other reviews can at least say I received something! Tell you to send photos but then claim to never receive them. Looks like AI generated reponses to email just keep promising they are here to help and resolve your issue and to send photos at link from website

Absolute scam!! Please don’t buy anything from them! They will just take your money and send you faulty items which you cannot return because they don’t have a return address or costumer service.

Diabolical company

Terrible experience, non existent customer service, misleading website that does not state that the company
Is based in china.

The portable air conditioning unit is very disappointing.
Slightly cool air if you sit right in front of it but gets no where near cooling an entire room. It is also extremely noisy.

The portable air con does not cool any better than a desk fan. The company refused to accept the fault or take back the machine, describing return as a "hassle". They offered 10% reduction for a machine that doesnt work. I have made a section 75 claim with my credit card company
