Ordered and paid for the Ugg rain boots on 9 May - still on the 1st June I have received no shipping information, no boots. I’ve emailed the company 3 times and just get a oh sorry about that if you have any issues just reach out…. Terrible service and I just want my boots! Their shipping policy says 3 days their complaints department says we’re moving warehouses so bad so sad so sorry pfft

I bought as a gift. The receiver really loved them.

My Ugz Rainboots are the best purchase I’ve ever made. Not only do they give me a little extra height (I wear Flatforms), they are perfect as I live in a permanent spot in a caravan and because they are lined I don’t need to worry about socks. It often gets muddy too so they are great. Better than Gumboots!
Highly Recommend and they arrived well packaged and as I live in NZ they came pretty quick.

My boots arrived promptly, they are ver comfortable and I have worn them in preference to my other boots. They are light, comfortable.. and waterproof!

I would advice people who have sensitive feet (older ducks like me) might want to go up a size as the rain boot makes it tight along the foot and I dont have big feet so if you have wide, chunky sore feet. GO UP A SIZE FRIEND and you will be laughing

Great product, great service

Placed an order online on 25 April and paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING TO NZ.
When I started emailing after 7 days asking why my order had t shipped no reply. I kept sending emails up until 12 days after I placed the order and was totally ignored.

They do not answer the phone either. This company is the worst online outfit I have bought from. Beware. They take your money and then ignore your emails. What a disgrace. I paid for express shipping only to have the goods sit at their location for nearly two weeks.

It was only after me complaining to Afterpay ~ the first time I have ever done so ~ that I finally got an email from them. And even then it took them days to actually send the goods that are still waiting at an airport for a flight. Express shipping? Yeah right.

I will never use this outfit again. Never. The worst!!!
